Savannah Dowlen

I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Vetco. I have been bringing my puppy in for her shots and I am using the bundle where all of her shots and microchipping are included. They are also supposed to examine her and make sure she's healthy, but they are not doing that. They are putting on her records that they are "unable to examine," but they're not even trying. The doctor also didn't even know what shots he was giving her and almost confused her for another dog right in front of me. This is unacceptable, and when I try to call the supervisor, they're "too busy." I would like to get my money back for sure. How am I supposed to trust them to microchip her if they don't even know how to examine her?

I did not like vet, he didn't didn't talk to my dogs or pet them before he started giving shots. He also wasn't very good at doing the blood draw. Took him four times on my one dog and she whined very loudly. The last thing that pissed me off was he gave my other dog a three year rabies shot when she just had one last year. (I had the paper work from last year, from them where she received the three shot,)

I normally love Petco but I had an issue with their Vetco, they missed a vaccine my dog was suppose to get and won’t be back for a month. I called and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it.

Efficient, quick and very professional and kind. It was just what I needed to keep my aged house cat "legal" for rabies.
