Dr. Taylor has been our family’s veterinarian for over 35 years and is absolutely wonderful. She has taken wonderful care of my 4 cats over the last several years as well. The animal care staff is awesome as well and provided me with timely updates on my animal’s most recent condition to which she had to be hospitalized. Thank you to Dr. Taylor and Ava for taking great care of my little girl. Great experience all around.
My wife brought our 1 year old female kitty in to be spayed here, procedure was done, our cat died shortly after. Very sad, we will never go back or trust wolfchase animal hospital again. When my wife let them know about the kitty, they didn't have much to say...My kids are devastated. Would never recommend this company. 4/30/26...Unfortunately I have to update this post! In addition to the female cat above, in the same visit we also brought in our male tabby to be microchiped. After the visit he became very sick, took him to a different vet in an emergency visit, but had passed away on Sunday. Two of our family cats gone within 4 days of visiting this place... the vet notes show nothing was wrong with these cats before! it's hard to believe!! They still don't have much to say... when my wife told the front desk, they acted like they're used to receiving this type of information. !! Enter at your own risk!!
The ladies at the desk were super nice even though I was extra anxious to drop my dog off. They kept me updated and they were able to get her done a lot sooner than originally estimated and I was able to bring her home
If I could give this place 0 reviews I would. The front desk is rude & not helpful at all the only thing they are useful at is being on their phones. The doctors are awful! The owner/Dr is very inconsiderate so I decided to switch over to that Dr Williams guy & he was just as bad! Prices are ridiculous they do NOT care about your pets! I can’t wait until Dr Seratt opens her new clinic they failed when she left
The care and service here is phenomenal. Particularly love Dr. Williams! He is the most compassionate, caring vet I’ve ever met. He takes wonderful care of my finicky cats who have an array of issues. He goes above and beyond to explain things to me, and to start with the least invasive care to ensure the comfort of my cats. Wolfchase Animal Hospital "are good people." 💖
I've had a great relationship with the providers and staff there. Everyone is friendly. They treated my dog, Kygo, for heartworms when I adopted him. They were very informative and thorough with the process. I am glad to say he is now heartworm free, and I'm still taking him there for yearly exams. If you're in the Cordova/Bartlett area, please consider them!
Our sweet dog came in from the backyard with an injured eye. The vets office that we normally go to said they don’t deal with that. I called Wolfchase Animal hospital and they got my pup in right away. Dr Taylor and her staff are so kind and compassionate and have been amazing with my pup.
