Convenient Check in from parking to avoid barking issues with other pets was quick. Appt was fast . Billing was great because they offer senior citizen discount.
We highly recommend this veterinarian and his caring staff. We had to make the decision to send Kasper to the rainbow bridge yesterday after an emergency visit showed our baby boy had multiple serious issues. They were prompt, caring, knowledgeable, patient and we can’t say enough about how they made a dark day a little easier. Highly recommend Thankyou.
Dr Love and the whole staff were amazing. They scheduled appropriately so that the waiting room was quiet and not crowded. The tech sprayed a fresh towel on the exam table with pheromones to keep my cat comfortable and at ease. Dr Love was thorough and thoughtful. Definitely recommend.
All the staff are the sweetest people with humans and pets. The wait time was quick, I was caught off guard when we were called in. They know how to manage time. They treated my dog so nicely despite her being so scared. They won her over with treats. Don’t be afraid to ask questions, they explained everything in a way we can understand.
First time taking one of our fur babies and the experience was awesome. Everyone is so polite and helpful. Dr. Jansen is great. Very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Thank you again Southwest Veterinary Hospital. Definitely will be back!
Unfortunately we had to have our dog put down today. I have NEVER had a vet get down on the floor with any of my sick dogs until Dr. Holland did today. He showed so much love and compassion. He's definitely in the right line of work. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his staff. All of them were outstanding. Absolutely useless in case of emergency or for a second opinion. They are always booked a month out. Once I was turned away from emergency care and Southwest couldn’t get me in. I wanted second opinion for surgery and they wouldn’t even review XRays from the emergency vet. I don’t see the point in having a veterinarian if they cannot help unless you have an appointment 1-2 months in advance.
