Dr. Cox, Dr. Bolt and the staff are top notch! Highly recommend! Everyone always goes above and beyond to make our Bentley feel right at home, which is so important to us. Dr. Bolt was amazing with my guinea pig, Penny. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with pigs. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure Penny was safe and taken care of. He always took the time to answer all of my questions. Definitely worth the 1+ hr drive!

Our Lion head bunny needed her teeth filed even and she had a nasial discharge . Dr. Bolt did an excellent job with the teeth and prescribed an antibiotic for the nasal issue which hasn't caused any gut issues. Very pleased with the knowledge for small exotic animals. Highly recommend them to anyone who has small exotic animals.

My vet referred me here when his own practice was closed for renovations. I was so grateful that they could get me in right away; many vets here I'm Western NC are booked a week or more out. Tabitha was so accommodating and professional. Dr Cox was truly wonderful. She was extremely generous with her time as was her veterinary assistant Kaylee. Our dog Cal was compassionately handled and we left him there for a small procedure. His invoice was extremely fair and we cannot say enough good things about our experience . Thank you!

If I could give them more stars I would! Every single person that works there is absolutely amazing and have been a staple in keeping our 9 rabbits happy healthy and safe. So thankful for everyone that works there and am so grateful to them and the phenomenal work they do!!!!

I wanted to write to say thank you to sweeten creek animal hospital. I am so grateful for an exotic vet nearby who knows what they are doing. I have an adult leopard gecko who had a bad bout of shedding and was acting sick and they were able to diagnose it and provide treatment. my gecko pineapple made a full recovery. This is a picture of him today 2 weeks after his treatment. I am in their debt. Also they have very fair prices.

I've been to every vet in town to search for the best one for my fur babies. Sweeten Creek is by far the absolute best. The desk staff is incredibly kind and caring and Dr. Holly Richards is patient, extremely knowledgeable and will take extra time to give the best snuggles to put the furry patient at ease. I know my babies love her and often going to the vet can be stressful so it's quite impressive how her energy puts them at ease. We even took some new rescue rats to see her and they behaved better than expected because of the calming reassurance from the Best Vet in Town!!!! And the vet techs are fantastic as well, I am deeply impressed with every staff member I've interacted with. If you have exotic critters whose unique needs won't be understood elsewhere, Sweeten Creek is absolutely the best place for the best care for your furry friends.
