Emergency Veterinary Clinic

They provided quick assistance for my dog who was in distress. Worked quickly to find answers. They were kind and considerate. Explained the outcome of their findings and detailed them to us in a caring manner. Unfortunately we had to let our doggie go. They provided us time to be with him and guided us through the process. I truly appreciate their kindness and compassion, each person who was involved. Thank you.

Our puppy of 11 years had blown out her other ACL and could not stand up. This happen Christmas Day around 6 pm. We had taken her to the Emergency Vet Clinic before so we took her there again. I knew there wasn't much hope for her but the Vet was very kind and helped us through this very heart wrenching experience. Abby went to doggy heaven that night. To our surprise today we received in the mail a copy of her front paws and nose print. I forgot to ask for these when we were there and this has helped us thru the grief.

Absolutely amazing staff. We have not been to the actual clinic, but my wife and I called in absolute tears and panic as our 10 year old dog had just had his first and only seizure. The Tech Tamera (I hope I am spelling that correctly) was so calm and reassuring, talked us through it, gave us amazing advice to follow up on, and let us know she’d be on shift if we needed anything else at all through the night. From what could have been a completely panic filled night, got turned around by the kindness, time and amazing knowledge Tamera showed. Thank you so much!

AMAZING STAFF!! Saved my dogs life. He ate some rat poison and was in bad shape. They fixed him up back to normal! The front desk associates were so kind and helpful and offered so much help through this scary time for me and my dog! The doctors were so great! I wish they were a regular vet clinic because I want to take my dogs to them every time. The bad reviews I read about this place were so far from the truth. Not one person was rude to me and for an emergency clinic they got to my dog in a timely manner and they didn’t over charge me for anything. Some of the bad reviews had a bit of entitlement in them and they were probably rude to the staff first. I would recommend this place 10/10 times!! Thanks again to the staff for saving Pooh’s life!!

My husband and I were passing through Abilene, Texas when our poor cat got a urinary obstruction. We are so thankful there was an emergency vet in the area. They look amazing care of our cat until we transferred his care to another office while they were closed. They truly saved our kitty’s life! Forever will be thankful for their care and compassion.

Last May my dog Freya was bit by a rattlesnake and she started swelling up immediately. I rushed her over to the ER clinic, they were having a hectic day, but as soon as they saw us and how bad of a reaction Freya was having a tech literally scooped her up off the floor and took her to the back. Saturday she was seen by one vet who told me everything they needed to do and possible problems. Sunday a different vet called me and updated me and let me know I could try taking her home to see if she would do better there, she wasn't eating for them. The whole team there did such an amazing job taking care of her and we both appreciate them so much. Freya is living her best life

Back in 2023 they help me o it tremendously. My chiwenny had at the time I didn’t know lekumia. And had a big blood loss and gave him a transfusion. He got better for the mth and a half and I had to put him down and got him cremated. So I could have him with me. They were so good to him and me.
