Dr. Hilliard and his staff are the best i have ever seen. Super nice very thorough with your fur baby they treated mine as they would their's. They petted her gave her treats. Dr. Hilliard talked to us and he gave us opinion on her treatment. We did end up having to have her euthanized they made it as easy as they could, they let us make the decision on how long we spent with her before it was time. I would recommend them for all of your fur babies. Thank yall for being there for us.

We have used Houston Veterinary Clinic since moving to Warner Robins several years ago. The staff and vets are second to none. The passionate care of our Lady has been and is now very important. Lady is now "elderly" and requires specific care which Dr. Hillard (both of them) provides with a caring heart.

Edit to update: it’s been sometime since we first visited for Miley’s ears, and they have only gotten better with the treatments used at the visit! I was instructed not to clean them until April 1st, and to let their medicine run its course! It’s doing a wonderful job! We’re approaching the time for me to start cleaning them myself, and I’m confident we will be able to keep things under control with the aftercare they provided! Truly an answered prayer switching to this Vets office! My dog Miley had her first appointment this morning and I don’t think things could have gone better! They were great with her nervousness, and were very very kind! The Dr answered any and all questions I had! Will definitely be using them from here on out!

Great care of my dog! She had multiple tumors removed and they made sure she was safe and healthy before even doing surgery. The next morning even reached out to check up on her and make sure she is doing well (she is by the way). Definitely will be taking her back for all he vet needs!!!

I met them on one of the worst days of my life. I called them during a crisis and I spoke with Dr. Hilliard on the phone. He said he was the only vet there that day but that I can bring my baby in. They had so much compassion. He saw her right away, ran tests and told me honestly what was happening. I lost my baby that day but I will never forget the kindness they showed me. They even sent me a card that the whole office signed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you again for taking care of my Ali ❤️

Great service, everyone’s friendly. Our dog was so comfortable. The doctor will give you multiple solutions to your problems and not just rush you out with a prescription. From one visit we have decided to make this Pebbles new Vet. Keep up the great work 🎉

I discovered Dr. Knox Hilliard and the exceptional team at Houston Veterinary Clinic in 2021. My previous veterinarian was unresponsive to my concerns and provided inadequate treatment for my pets. After a thorough search, I contacted Dr. Hilliard, who spent nearly an hour on the phone, patiently listening to my concerns, particularly regarding my dog, Banzai, who has several health issues. He assured me of their commitment to providing the best possible care, and I immediately felt confident in my choice. For nearly four years, we have received consistently outstanding care without incident. Dr. Hilliard has consistently exceeded expectations, providing readily available and dedicated support for my two pets Shenzi and Banzais various health needs. I am incredibly grateful to have found such a skilled veterinarian and compassionate staff; the entire team is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a truly familial atmosphere. Our pets also received excellent care during their week-long boarding stay in 2024. Regular updates were provided. Therefore, I also highly recommend this clinic's boarding services as well.
