My experience with your office was exceptional. I was new to the area and did not have an established Vet. Taking my kitty to you relieved so much anxiety. Your mother was working that night and she was so warm and caring. If you ever open up a daytime office, I would definitely use you, and I am grateful that I have someone I can trust with after hours care.

I drove 2 hours to be seen by Dr Jessica Allen, as all my local urgent care vets were at capacity on New Years Day. I got there right as they opened. Check in was a breeze and I was put in a room quickly. The vet tech was super sweet and got all the information she needed promptly. Dr Jessica Allen is a very thorough vet and made sure my baby would be comfortable throughout the wound cleansing process. The prices are more than affordable compared to primary vet offices I have used in the past. Mocha is already feeling back to her normal, spunky self! Thank you for your top notch care, so glad I took the drive for my baby to be seen by Dr Jessica Allen!

The hardest thing to do is to let go of a pet - its no easier when the pet isnt yours. We had to bring in a kitty who was abandoned with us, and who was in a real rough state. I called to ask what resources there were because we have no money at all. They were very kind and understanding and told us we would figure it out when we got there. The poor guy had to be humanely euthanized, and we brought him home to bury him. But the staff here are so amazingly kind and sweet, and I genuinely could not have been more at peace with the process. The vet was so kind, as was the Tech. They answered questions and talked to me a bit, made sure I was okay before I left, and helped me show respect to Max before and after his passing. Ultimately they were so caring and gentle the entire time. The kitty wasnt mine, but it was still extremely emotional. No pet should be alone, and no pet should suffer. And Im very happy to have had an option for him - the staff were amazing and I will 100% come back here ANY time a pet needs urgent care. Thank you so much to everyone here tonight. You all made this process easier and even though I was crying and it was hard to tell you how much it meant to me, it really. really meant so much.

Thank god Dr. Allen (who is absolutely amazing and has seen Bella for a few urgent needs) was available last night. My 16 year old siamese girl was in renal failure and sadly ready to cross the rainbow bridge. The urgent care was amazingly peaceful and had a special room just for that need. Dr. Allen makes a personal connection with every family, and it meant the world to us. We had 2 whole hours for the boys and I to spend her last moments together comfortably. They have a couch and low light with candles and running water and nature sounds. They also offer Aquamation for your babies now. Prices are kept as low as possible and it truly shows that she is there to offer a service to our community. I cannot recommend them enough.

My dog had to be put to sleep and the process was very easy at the time. I was told I would get my dogs paw print but it would take time. I called and was told I don’t know what happened to it and they can’t verify because there are no records kept. The Vet came to the phone said it was done out the goodness of their heart said the US postal service failed me and said good bye and hung up the phone. There was no compassion or anything to make it right by refunding my money or anything. If you want a keepsake from your pet do not count on them to care or do the right thing. So I see the "owner" likes to lie I have the recording of the call and there was no screaming. I even stated everything went well at the beginning of the process. Unfortunately you all have an issue w accountability and it shows because every 1 star review is the other persons fault and none on your own account. You should not send something like that through regular mail. I stated I would have drove to get it or you could have UPS or fedexed it. Take accountability and show compassion. I will be reporting to BBB. All I want is a simple apology and not a snarky one like the vet is used to giving. This place is lying again I called once and never again and made a review in which they were upset and still seem upset. Very unprofessional and insensitive. BEWARE!!!!

Highly recommended, Dr. Allen is thorough and a wonderful doctor to interact with. She provided urgent care to my lil cat Ember who was wounded by her mean bully older bro. Gentle, kind, and just the most pleasant demeanor combined with professional and detailed medical care = can’t get much better. She really made us feel accepted as new clients and as I know we will have other urgencies, I know my babies will be in good hands. It’s also worth mentioning that she was juggling multiple emergencies while providing excellent care and client education. I would be remiss if I did not praise Ms. Lauren who is the clinic manager. On top of everything and such a sweet, good-natured person - going out of her way to walk my kitty and I to the car in the dark to ensure we are protected. Now that is class 👍🏽

So amazing, kind, and professional ❤️ The staff treated our 12 year old boxer girl with tremendous care! She was peeing with a bit of blood when we got home from work, so we rushed her in to this Urgent Care because they were close by and they took her back to be examined right away!! The doctor and all her techs were so, so kind and courteous, and her visit was reasonably priced as well! They kept us in the loop during everything, with procedures and prices and all that. I'll never take my pets to any other Emergency Clinic, this is our new spot!! Thank you Dr. Allen and staff!!
