Banfield Pet Hospital

Grateful they have a full time Vet now on Staff. Was rough getting appointments when other Veterinarian left. I’ve had my favorite so hope for a good Rapport with new one!

Always have a great experience with the staff at this location. I understand that they've had issues with doctors leaving moving, retiring, etc. But everyone there has been great in trying to accommodate the situation. Jenny, the technician is always wonderful to speak with and is always so kind to, Raven, my dog and her ball of anxiety. They are very caring staff.

Have had nothing but terrible experiences here in the past few years. Don’t waste your time or money. Edit 4/19/26 I DID reach out to your customer service and heard nothing back.

Every one was so sweet and Max and Bailey’s teeth look great. Appreciate call from Dr. Cavasos to let me know how cleaning and physical. Then got a follow-up call this morning to check on the boys. Told them Max is slow to get over anesthesia so their response was great.

I am WOWED by the amount of GENUINE care that my Pet receives. He is a new patient and I am already seeing 100% improvement in his health and well-being. The veterinarian takes time to listen, is very interactive with my dog. The staff is very friendly and you can tell that they love their job and they are very good at what they do! !

Had to reschedule due to their staffing. Not a big deal. However, when we show up at 7 am on the new date (booked months out) we were informed that not only do we not have the vet we had rescheduled in order to see, but the new vet wouldn't perform the dental procedures on either of our dogs due to "health concerns". Note- the issues they were claiming have been present for YEARS and suddenly now they are a problem. Shouldn't they have known that before booking the appointment if it was truly an issue? Plus, they pushed us to pay for the upgrade to get the dental service, and now are denying said service. We've been waiting 9 days for someone to reach out with a solution. My hopes are not high.

This pet hospital is wonderful. We have been with them since they opened several years ago and are amazing with my dog. It is clean and organized; the people that work there are kind, professional, knowledgable, Thank you! We recently went through the process of saying goodbye to our dog and Dr G, Matt, Linda, and Janet were all incredible. Thank you! 16 years with Banfield (we started at another location). I would recommend this pet hospital to anybody.
