Although my sweet baby girl Katie ended up passing away a few minutes after we arrived due to having the stupidly rapid Bob cat fever from a dang tick bite the staff was awesome and sweet and very empathetic! They gave me lots of tissues and gave me her little paw prints and some of her fur in a little bottle and even offered to cremate her for free. They were going to euthinize her for free due to her declining health and my financial situation but she passed on her own so I didn't have to make that choice! Thanks y'all for everything you did for me and my Katie Girl and thanks for everything you do for all the fur babies
We had an emergency situation when our pup started having seizures, and the team at this ER veterinary hospital truly saved his life. From the moment we arrived, they treated our beloved dog with urgency, compassion, and incredible skill. They kept him for two days, monitored him closely, and kept us informed every step of the way. It was an incredibly scary experience, but knowing he was in such capable and caring hands made all the difference. We are beyond grateful to the veterinarians and staff for their dedication, kindness, and expertise. We will never forget what they did for our puppy, and we highly recommend this hospital to anyone facing an emergency with their pet.
We had to bring our dog into the emergency room late on Saturday evening. Starting with the receptionist, the night staff was invaluable, compassionate, and caring. They were swamped, but when we entered the exam room, the vet tech took the time to listen, examine our Nash, and consult with the vet. Despite being very busy, the vet took the time to listen to us, examine our dog, and communicate with us. Nash ended up needing to stay the night, possibly two nights. Before the vet left her shift, she called us and gave an update. My wife and kids stopped in the next morning to visit with Nash and get an update. While there was a stark difference between the night shift staff and the day shift, it doesn't detract from the five-star service provided by the night staff. My wife and I went back later Sunday evening and had another excellent experience with the night staff and the Vet. Tech (who literally sat on the floor while talking with us and explaining things) was outstanding. The same Vet that treated Nash the night before came out and, once again, explained everything to us in detail, asking us several times if we had any questions.
I am very grateful for what you guys do. I’m appreciative for the sense of urgency from Alex, who triaged my pup right away. The staff did a great job updating me through the night about the status of my dog. The reason for 4/5 stars is strictly bc the amount of stress they kept putting in the money/ costs. It was very uncomfortable, and felt pushy, I overheard a male staff and front desk staff state "The hit the bingo card" after I gave clearance to do what ever it would take to save my dog. It instantly broke my trust, and made me feel like a dollar sign and not a human with an animal in distress.
This is the second time this place has saved my baby boy Fred. Everyone loves Fred, even if you hate cats. The vet might be really expensive, but I have had the best luck with the doctors I get here. Fred is 18 years old and I was so scared I was going to lose him. He is now back to his playful, healthy self. I just want to say thank you so much for saving my baby!!! Here are some photos of when he was sick and photos of him now.
I will never return to this place! My cat clearly needed emergency care-I called ahead and confirmed that once my granddaughter arrived with my cat-that my cat would be seen as an emergency visit. I was told yes and even give mine and my cat's info so that they could take him straight back. My granddaughter checked in around 4:30pm and I arrived from Nashville around 5:45 and my cat was never taken back. Even after I got there and showed the staff how lethargic he was and CLEARLY needed to be seen ASAP-they still had me wait another 30 minutes or so. Once we were called back-I asked them to please start fluids as they run their tests/x-rays, etc. INSTEAD the "vet" obviously punctured my cat's throat and LITERALLY BROUGHT HIM BACK INTO THE ROOM AS HE WAS BLEEDING OUT AND CHOKING AND DYING!!! INSTEAD OF PERFORMING LIFE SAVING PROCEDURES!! She tried to convince me that my cat's belly was full of blood and it ruptured-NO IT WAS NOT-I FELT IT DAILY! Then she switched it to "oh he must have gotten into poison"-I HAVE NO POISON IN MY HOME (my cat was strictly indoor only). Then when questioned about how he bled to death-the vet literally walked out of the room and left the premises! The vet tech had to keep texting her as she would not return while I was there. The vet literally killed my cat! THEN-when they bring my his body-his two front paws were wrapped with medical tape-once I unwrapped them there were NO injection marks-no shaved hair-nothing-just tape wrapped around them for "looks" apparently! To add insult to injury-I paid for my cat to be cremated and have never heard anything about his remains since. When I called and asked-I was given a number to some place that never answers or returns call. The voicemail recording never even states who I've called. Please-for the love of your pet-DO NOT BRING THEM HERE!!!! I still cry over my cat and over the fact that I made the worst decision ever by thinking they could help him! NEVER AGAIN!
Our kitten had been medicated for an upper respiratory infection 4 months prior to our visit and afterwards had no issues. Yesterday he stopped being as playful and after getting home from work he was acting drunk. We rushed him here from 45 minutes away thinking that they be able to help. Upon walking into the establishment the first thing these harpies said after taking him was we need an 170 dollar deposit to view him. We paid this and then waited. With horrible bedside manor they told us it'd be an additional 340 just for x rays plus more for blood work. With no payment plan option we were told that euthanasia was on the table. While trying to make a decision on what would be best for him we hear them laughing from the other side of the door. Then after Charing another 100 dollars to euthanize him we were informed itd be another 100 for his body to be taken care of unless we wanted to bury him. No diagnosis was given no test were run but 270 dollars was paid. The uncaring individuals that work here gave no effort care or thought into how we were treated and even less to how dezi was treated. Its was a sickening experience to say the least and I feel bad for any animal that is left in their hands. With what we paid plud xrays and blood work we were looking at over 800$ without any kind of treatment mentioned or included. If you dont have 2000 dollars to drop on a dime like most dont in this economy this isn't the place to come.
