Green Valley Animal Hospital

I’ve been taking my dog Molly to Green Valley Animal Hospital for several years now, and overall, we’ve had consistently positive experiences. The staff is always kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. not just toward Molly, but toward me as well. Every visit, they make us feel comfortable and valued. The facility is clean and well-maintained, which gives me peace of mind. The front desk team is friendly and helpful, and the doctors are especially compassionate and understanding. It’s clear they truly care about the animals they treat and take the time to answer questions thoroughly. One thing I really appreciate is their communication. Being able to text the office with questions and receive timely responses is incredibly convenient and reassuring. The only downside is the cost, they are a bit on the pricier side, and they don’t offer payment plans or corporate discounts, which can make things challenging at times. That said, the level of care and kindness we’ve experienced keeps us coming back. I trust them with Molly, and that means a lot.

We used to go here with our 5 dogs & we’ve now had nothing but problems with the front office. They miss manage appointments they lose shot records and the last two times we were there. We had one person this handled our dogs to the point where we were going to call law-enforcement. I suggest Finance someone else because they are not the business they once were due to the lack of overseeing Their employees. Additionally, I will be reporting them to each and every animal entity to make awareness around the valley as well as running it up through the city county and the state and any federal entities as this is ridiculous and we don’t want any other dogs hurt and we don’t want any other folks having frustrations and trying to get their dogs taken care of this time and day there’s no need for any type of mistakes or anything

We had a wonderful experience as a new client. Dr. Larkin took the time to answer all of my questions and is very knowledgeable. Communication with reception has also been pleasant when I’ve called or emailed. We had our girl spayed this past Saturday and I was impressed with everything from start to finish. Our dog has been healing very well and doing well since the procedure. I feel so happy to have a vet clinic that I feel comfortable taking our pets to and know they will be well taken care of. You guys are doing a great job!

Brought our cat in for an ear infection. The pricing here was AMAZING & the doctor was so kind. She was fast & very informative. The front desk staff was great too. Thank you everyone for helping our baby.

I love this veterinarian hospital. They helped our Buster, an 11 year old English Bulldog, the live of our life. Thank you so much Dr.Casey Graves for everything you did. You are awesome. Buster is doing so much better.

Dr. K is our Vet and has been for years. We love her and our animals love her. She's very professional and caring. Dr. Gunn has also helped us. She was great too. The techs are outstanding also
