We love Heart & Paw! Our girl goes twice a week, and we have never been disappointed. The staff knows her well and we can tell she is well loved by them too. She is so excited to see them when we arrive. We wish this location was big enough to have over night boarding, because we’d know she’d be in good hands. Oh I also wish we got pictures or videos of Maeve during play. But we couldn’t be happier with the service, our baby comes home tired and happy each time!

I took my maincoon for a bath and blow dry they said he didn't like the blow dryer so they sent him home wet. I finished blow drying. him when I got home. I put what they call a happy hoodie on him, this slips over his ears so it muffles the sound.

They did a great job! Abby is my hearing dog. She smells great! She’s as shiny as heaven! Thank you! 🙂

We had an incredible first experience here grooming our dog. Ruth was so friendly and helpful (and amazing with dogs). They did an excellent job with the groom and it took less than two hours. They also have windows so you can see into the grooming area, which provides comfort compared to other groomers we've been to. We will definitely be returning!

Overpriced, incompetent, dirty. Several times I had to wait hours for basic checkups. The final straw was they had only expired vaccines for the type of vaccine I needed when I came in for a long in advance scheduled appointment. Went to another vet and forgot that vets can be clean because I had been going to this place so long! Dirty dirty dirty.

That alone sets them apart. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The vet was especially kind and patient with my pup, who was very scared and shaking during the visit. They thoughtfully offered her some peanut butter, which completely helped calm her down. It made such a difference and showed how much they truly care about their patients’ comfort. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for compassionate care — especially if you’re trying to find a thimerosal-free rabies vaccine. We had a wonderful experience and are very grateful for their kindness and expertise.
