We've been a client/customer of Balboa Pet Hospital for over 15+ years, first with Dash our cat, and now Sylvester who is 13 years old this month. I will say to bolster our love and appreciation for BPH, we moved from San Francisco where we were about 9 blocks away, to Richmond, CA where we are little under an hour and two bridges away. Yet, we will continue to use BPH as our vet for the foreseeable future. I could go on, but you've heard me sing their praises before. Thanks BPH!

My dog only sees Dr. Kennedy. She’s a dog whisperer. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my darling.
Went in for my dog’s check-up. The technician and vet were great. However, I called in for flea treatment for my dog and was assured I’d receive a text when it was ready. After not receiving any text, I followed up with a call and was told to come pick it up. When I arrived, all they had was a paper prescription—and I later learned they only sell the treatment for cats. A total waste of time.
I love Balboa Pet Hospital. I have been taking pets to Dr. Del Rosso since the early 90’s. I now live in San Mateo, but wouldn’t trust anyone else with my pets.
Dr. Kennedy is amazing. Came in for an initial visit almost a year ago. She diagnosed a health issue that we didn’t take seriously at the time and went through hell until we took her advice. This vet team cares about your pet and your wallet. Quality service
