Northside Animal Hospital

I moved to Jacksonville 4 years ago and found Northside Animal Hospital. They have taken care of both of my dog’s medical needs, spaying, boarding and taken care of my dog and me when he sadly had to be euthanized. They really have heart, all of them. They do the best they can to make the visits as stress free as possible. And Gladys, she is amazing. Thank God for animal caretakers like her.

Thank you so much for saving my babies life! This vet is amazing and always offers such kind and caring service. They are quick to get you in for an emergency and easy to access. They are thorough and caring even when your baby is a "little spicy" and hates going to the vet. Thank you so much for everything you do and we will continue to get care here for our baby for years to come!

Fantastic experience with Northside Animal Hospital. My dog had a rash and they were able to get me in same day I called. All staff members were great, very nice and thorough. Fees for the vet were very reasonable. Small wait time, but that was expected with getting me in so soon. I will for sure be back again for regular check ups and any other appointments!

They took great care of my cat Mojo. He needed fluids and I had a work trip. They kept him for 3 days while I was away. The timing was perfect. They were great about sending me text updates and even sent a picture. He is home and happy Thank you for taking care of my boy!

My cat got attacked by 2 dogs today and my friend called and told them what happened and we were on the way, as soon as we got there, they met us at the door and took him back immediately and got him comfortable and started the exam, fortunately he didn’t need surgery, he did need quite a few stitches, but they took wonderful care of my Precious Boy! Thank You to Everyone in the Front and Back on the Clinic! They worked well as a team they kept me informed, and I got to bring my boy home tonight!!! I would highly recommend them

The staff, they are absolutely amazing! They care, they want to help right when you call, they KNOW YOU and YOUR BABIES. The Vets, take time with you and make sure you understand what is going on with each one of your furchildren and their issues. They have a wonderful reminder system so you don't miss something. My babies aren't afraid to go to the vet's office. They all go in with the wiggle butts and can't wait to get behind the counter and greet their friends and down that hallway to see the rest of them. There, everyone is family. They have been for many, many years.

We just adopted two kittens and one of them had an infection of some kind, the doctor and staff are so knowledgeable and they were able to get us all the right meds to help our new kitten feel better! I was in and out in about an hour! Thanks again and we'll see yall in 10 days for our follow up!
