I called Pine Grove Animal Hospital because my 7yr old chihuahua Daisy was not doing food.. they got me in for an appointment immediately.. the staff was very friendly, accommodating, and thorough during registration.. Dr. Ciarleglio came in very friendly, informative and compassionate about helping my Dausy.. come to find out she needed emergency surgery and tge doctor went above and beyond to make it happen even clearing his schedule forthe day to save my Daisy’s life.. After surgery I was informed by the doctor himself about what happened during surgery and Daisy’s recovery process. Dr. Ciarleglio made it a point to go check in on my girl a couple of times during the night bto see how-she was doing and monitor her. He and his staff kept me informed throughout this process.. He called me the next morning to inform me that Daisy was doing great and tgat she could come home. When I picked her up Laura ( who was compassionate and such a sweetheart) went over all tge post op instructions with me… I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr. Curt Ciarleglio and his staff.. If it wasn’t for them my Daisy wouldn’t be alive!! Thank you again Pine Grove Veterinary Hospital forvthe compassion and support you showed to me during this difficult time.. I would recommend them in a heartbeat ♥️

They showed great empathy and compassion during a difficult time. We recently had to put our 17yr old dog down and had not visited WAH before. The cost of having to put your dog down is expensive and not only was WAH the most reasonable, but they took such great care with all of us, not having seen us before. We felt in good hands our entire visit and when we came to pick up her ashes, the receptionist gave me a hug. The doctor sent a handwritten card from him and the staff with their condolences that was so kind and heartfelt. We would recommend them to anyone looking for care for their pet!

We just recently lost our dog. She was 12 years old and died suddenly without any signs. We were shocked. The staff at Woodbury Animal Hospital were patient and kind. They talked us through our options and were very sympathetic. All previous appointments were equally pleasant and professional. I highly recommend.

Staff was very friendly. They treated my new pup with her first round of shots and they gave us a little puppy gift bag that had some samples in it. I let them know about my older dog as well and I will be taking him in for a check up soon.

They have taken very good care of our pets, I feel like they genuinely care.

What a great experience! They were able to schedule us very conveniently and the staff was awesome. Our dog, who is pretty skittish, took the initial examination and accompanying shots very well. Dr. Tim M. along with CVT Kelsey were so patient exhibiting such nice "bedside" manners and allowed us to stay in the exam room the entire time. Thanks for being so welcoming and doing a great job on such short notice!

We just had our first visit with my 2 Samoyeds after moving here from out of state. What a great place, all interactions on the phone, by email and in person have been very pleasant. Dr. really took time to examine the dogs and listen to my explanations. Very happy with the service and the staff.
