Crossroads Animal Care Center

From our first call to the office to the care care we received in our consultation and eventually surgery for our cat, we have an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to try and care for our pet. Sam (front desk) was incredibly helpful to get us in for surgery within 24 hours prior to the holidays and it was GREATLY appreciated. Dr. Santiago and Repphun were very caring and informative for our consultation and post procedure care. Also, pricing was affordable, office was clean. Not a bad thing to say about the experience.

My dogs have been going here for a while and I could not be happier with the service, staff, and caring. Recently we brought home a dog from a family friend who is very sick. No one knew he had been unable to properly care for his pup and when I got him he was in need of a vet and lots of love. We saw them yesterday, and like always, everyone from the front desk, to the back was incredible. I was super worried he had some major issues but they ran tests and checked him out thoroughly and didn't find anything serious. AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME people at Crossroads. Thank you all for everything you do for my fur buddies and all animals

I love this clinic my mothers been bringing out our pets here. The staff is awesome and friendly. The place is very clean all the time so no need to worry about germs

I took my dog, they performed 3D xrays of lungs even though the first step based on basic look at his condition he needed abdominal xray as he was throwing up and had fever which caused him breathing irregularly so the vet Maria said as I cannot hear his heart good enough because he is breathing louder I need xray which I assumed for abdominal well I was clearly wrong. I had to take him back the same day and ask them why he is still throwing up and not feeling better if he had abdominal xray they mentioned no it was only lungs if you need abdominal xray you gotta pay $330 again which clearly unfair gave me estimate for $850 including blood work which we didn’t proceed still I paid $700 and he is feeling worst. I totally don’t recommend them I should’ve not go to them based on good reviews online!!!!! I wish I could’ve give them 0 stars.

Brought in my 3 week old rescue kitten with concerns and the staff there were absolutely incredible ! Espeically Dr. Zayas and the nurse Zinitia ! Also Sam for recommending this clinic to me. All my questions were answered and my fur baby is already doing so much better <3

Dr. Zayas took excellent care of our kitty over the Christmas holiday, this year. We are so grateful for her, and her kindness and attention to our furry family member. The front desk staff is also caring, kind and professional.

As always staff is the most welcoming, apologetic when taking longer than usual with updates, all are so nice!. Dr. Reppuhn is the best!. She is direct thorough and to the point. She takes her time to listen and follows through. I have nothing but praise for this practice. 🙌🏽!!! Thank you so much for taking good care of our Babies.
