Although I had to wait awhile because they were super busy, the staff was awesome and still managed to work my cat in for diagnostics because she wasn’t acting like herself and was likely in a lot of pain. Dr. Pierce was so kind and informative and took great care of my bestie girl, Mila. All of the front desk staff are so kind. I am so sad Dr. Pierce is leaving but I’m glad that Mila was cared for by her on this day. Photos are mila before vet and after. I am so grateful for them and what they do ❤️

The Best veterinarians I've ever had the honor and pleasure of meeting and knowing. I've taken my previous fur baby there for more than seven years, since adopting her at three months old. Dr. Geisler, vet tech, Zach, and all the team have ALWAYS been courteous, kind, compassionate, understanding and highly professional EVERY time. I trust them and love them so much that even when I moved from Winston Salem, NC to Charlotte, NC, I'd still make the trip (plan a whole day of it) just to make sure my pup was getting the best care with the familiar faces we've come to know and appreciate.

This is one of the best vets I have ever used. Dr. Cort has the best bed side matter, attitude, and laugh. She is helping us get control of our puppies allergies. You can tell she loves her work with animals. Also, the ladies at the front desk are super welcoming and nice. I have been to other vets office, mainly in Clemmons, NC, and the front desk people are rude and obnoxious when you call or check in. My furr baby 'Autumn' is receiving great medical care and her parents are talked to with respect for the money we paid to keep our fur baby healthy ❤️ Thank you to the staff at Ard-Vista and Thank Dr. Jillian Cort, for doing what you do to help and care for our loved ones !!!

I have been with this veterinary office for over 10 years, and I truly cannot imagine trusting my pets anywhere else. From the front office staff to the vet techs to the veterinarians themselves, every single person here is compassionate, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. There honestly aren’t enough words to describe the heart behind the care they provide. They take the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and treat both pets and owners with genuine kindness and respect. You never feel rushed, dismissed, or like just another appointment — they truly care. Their attention to detail, knowledge, and empathy have been consistent over the years, and that kind of care is rare. I am beyond grateful for the dedication and love this team shows every day. If you’re looking for a veterinary office that treats your pets like family, this is it.

Dr Brian Lefever was wonderful with my elderly sick cat and with me, his elderly worried owner, He was thorough, professional and reassuring. My cat had been sneezing, coughing, rattling thru his mouth and not eating for days. We made a plan together and my cat got a shot, a lung xray and was hydrated. That was on Monday and today (Wed) my cat hopped out of bed and ate cat food! He is moving around as usual eith no more coughing or sneezing. I would say it was a miracle, but it Dr.. Lefever's treatment in reality. Thank you so much!

They are absolutely amazing!!! They took Shadow as a walk-in around 3:45pm. I am so very thankful for y'all! Shadow, not so much. She NO likey the meds. lol

Can't say enough great things about Ard Vista and the staff. They are experts and always willing to help out. We have been taking our pets here for 25 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Totally trust them.
