I have been taking all my fur babies to Pine Valley Animal hospital for a long time. All of the staff is always very nice and respectful. I love all the veterinarians and their assistance. They are so loving towards all the fur babies. I moved to Northwest 2 years ago and tried finding a vet on this side of the bridge but none of them compared to Pine Valley Animal Hospital. I will always bring my fur babies here
I cannot rave about Pine Valley Animal Hospital and their staff enough. Every time my dogs are in they treat them like their own and are so very kind!! The Doctors explain everything in depth, answer all questions, and ensure you are fully aware of all options for care. They are kind, competent, compassionate, and go above and beyond every time you walk in the door. I wouldn’t take my pups anywhere else!
Excellent. We chose Pine Valley based on the positive reviews. We were not disappointed. We just got our Siberian kitten the day before. The doctor and assistants spent 45 minutes going over in detail so many important tips and tricks. What to do and what to not do. I’ve been a pet owner for years, but I was not aware of many of these things. Kudos to Pine Valley animal hospital and staff. We are confident that we made the right choice and I highly recommend them. * I do not leave negative reviews. I will only leave a review if I feel that the service and customer experience was above and beyond.
We've been taking our pets here for 2 decades. Dr. Kenneth Layton, who has since retired, was a gem of a human. Trusted him to make the right diagnosis & treatment plan 110%. The vet that took over after he left has so far made a great impression. The staff still seems caring & empathetic, which is important to me! The final amount due recently, however, after taking my senior cat in for yearly exam, seemed excessive...but what isn't lately?
My dog Kilo and I are new to town and he needed to see a vet for issues due to the move. They were absolutely wonderful! Got me in within just a couple of hours. Everyone there was so nice and so good to him, and to me. It was wonderful to feel so welcomed, and to know that I have a place to take my baby if something goes wrong or just for regular care in the future.
This is the best veterinary clinic in ENC. Yesterday evening I brought my Goldendoodle Oakley to be seen by Dr. Tartar and her staff. I had to make tough decision and put Oakley down because he had cancer. After discussing this with Dr. Tatar she asked me would your wife want to be here and I told her yes she would. She said no problem I will stay open since the clinic closed at 5. Please keep in mind my wife was over an hour away with traffic. Thank you so much to Dr Tartar and her amazing staff. For know on I will only bring my dog Carolina and my two cats to Dr Tartar. The Briar family will always be grateful and thankful Dr Tartar and the clinics staff.
We've taken our babies to PVAH for almost 14 years. The transition from Dr. Layton to new ownership was seamless (shout out to Danielle!). We now have a Chi in heart failure. After a very tough weekend with our little girl in an oxygen chamber at the ER vet, seeing Dr. Lantzer and hearing her explain things so we can understand was amazing. We are going through what life gives us, but having someone to explain in clear terms, listen (LISTEN!) to us and answer questions with compassion and patience is priceless. We are so grateful to have a relationship with our dogs' doctors. We are so grateful they make that possible. If you need a caring, knowlegable, "home" clinic for every day and/or for serious issues, from the front desk to the techs to the docs, this is your place. And, yes!, our dogs love going there! (So did our cat, but he moved to Florida with my daughter)
