I have been bringing my pet here for almost 6 years and have always had a positive experience… from the front desk, to the vet techs to each of the vet. doctors. They are so caring, compassionate professional, and take time to answer any questions or concerns. My pet arrives happy and excited to be there and I always leave there feeling like they have gone above and beyond to give her the best possible care. I drive 45 minutes to come to this location and it is so worth it!!! Thank you Banfield!!!

I pay them for a monthly plan and have done this for years. The first time I have a need not a routine visit come up, they tell me they are busy and can't see my pet for at least a week and refer me to another provider. I go to the location they recommend as a reasonable value and am charged a good amount for services that would have been free or discounted with my plan. Have called local office and corporate and have not received so much as a call back at this point. Is there plans or customer service worth it . My answer is NO, best to find someone who cares about their clients and pets.

Outstanding service!! Took my grand dog Denzel here on 02/13/26. I had anxiety since the Labrador dog was so big and very active. We had to drive over 45 min to bring him and I needed assistance getting the dog out of the car. Camryn & Sara were amazing. They assisted me in getting him out and back in the car. They put my mind at ease as well. This service I received exceeded my expectations. I will gladly tell anyone to bring their pets here!!!

If I could leave negative 10 stars I would. This place is horrible. No one answers the phone, the voicemail box is full, and they won’t honor their online appt times. They turned my dog away at the door after the online chat system told me his condition was urgent and he needed to be seen the same day. Also! Since they turned us away I had to take him to a completely different vet office. That office requested my pets records be emailed over and instead, Banfield printed records… that DIDN'T EVEN BELONG TO MY DOG. Completely unacceptable customer service, horribly managed establishment!

Called and made appointment for wellness check for our puppy. The appointment was made for weeks out. I have never had to wait weeks for wellness check.Called 2 days prior to appointment. The appointment they had made and confirmed weeks early did not exist. They had not even booked the appointment as they stated. It seems the front end staff definitely need training on booking appointments properly. Very frustrating and unacceptable.

This team is phenomenal. One of our dogs is pretty reactive, and we've had some challenges getting her comfortable at the Vet. Everyone here is understanding, kind, and warm to her - even when she's showing her teeth. I'm incredibly grateful for their patience and creative, nurturing approach to caring for a tough patient!

So this one hits a little harder. We have a husky who has Cushing's and it has been a very emotional, financial experience. We have been requesting to speak to our vet for over a month and each and every time we call (if they even answer)they either say we will pass the message on and have her call you. We have had to make the unfortunate decision to help her cross. This is not about money this not medicine thats not working this about her dignity as a dog and a family member. I not sure what has happened to Banfield. Lately their customer care and animal care has significantly declined in the past 6 months to a year if not longer. We have had to switch doctors constantly and when we do get a Doc that is up to date on our situation they either leave for a better situation (can't blame them) or they are just not there. Since we have to switch doctors everything is a blood test or a urine test or something that requires us to come in and be seen. Which means charges,.... they sure do like to nickle and dime their customers to death. We have 5 animals that we bring and we have 5 health plans that we pay for. We would do anything for our animals however we don't get that same feeling from the staff. We have had appointments that we show up for that have been cancelled by Banfield with no notice which is completely unprofessional. We have had appointments that will get cancelled while we have been inside getting ready to be checked in at Banfield. There is a revolving door of staff there, so it's hard to know who we will see. (Even if we request a specific doctor) This is very unfortunate for the customers and for their pets having some sort of consistency has been far and few between for us. The days of having a vet that is familiar with your pets and with you are gone. We have to cater to a corporation that either doesn't care about it's staff so they leave for a better situation or suck it up a deal with it and pay the outrageous prices for care. I'm not saying this is the norm but for us it has been. We have been shopping around for a different vet as of this post. Good luck and buyer beware.
