Dr. Jack and the entire team at Willow Run Vet are exceptional. We brought our very sick puppy in after he had been seen and discharged from an after-hours emergency clinic, only to learn he still urgently needed care. Willow Run immediately stepped in, and he required an overnight stay. The communication, compassion, and quality of care were truly top-notch. We felt informed and supported every step of the way, and our pup was clearly in the best hands. I’m incredibly grateful for this team and highly recommend them.

I would not take my dogs anywhere else. Office staff is great, the Techs are knowledgeable and helpful. The vets are caring and never make you feel rushed through your visit.

For over 40 years I have entrusted Willow Run Vet Clinic with the care and wellness needs of my various pets - at the moment 2 dogs and 4 cats. Always it is an ideal experience. No matter what comes up we are met with compassionate expertise and kindness. The whole staff is a smoothly operating team, and all my animals respond well about being there. In particular Dr. Jack Reece has been consistently thorough, patient and knowledgeable. He is a great listener who follows up with outstanding veterinary skill and training. My animals seem to know they can trust and rely on him.

We’ve taken our dogs to Willow Run for years to see Dr. Johnson. She’s so amazing with all of our dogs and takes such good care of them. I’m always confident they are getting the best care with her. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this practice! From the moment you walk in the door. Until the time that you leave. Everyone is kind, genuine and helpful. They explain everything in detail. Dr. Arnold ALWAYS takes her time when she's in the room. She doesn't make me feel like my furbabies are just a chart. She makes you feel like family! Thank you!

Our older dog had a terrible reaction to a rabies shot at Elk Creek Veterinary, LLC. He developed a large lump the size of a tangerine at the injection site and lost the use of his hind legs. We took him to a different local Vet and he still did not improve with the anti-inflammatory medication that the second Vet prescribed. I decided to take him to Willow Run, which is farther away from where we live but the only office that I trust. I took my dogs there when I previously lived in their area. Dr. Jessica Latham performed an ultrasound and gave our beloved pet medication that he desperately needed. I will only use Willow Run for our dogs care. The entire staff was excellent! Thank you, Dr. Latham! Harley is showing signs of improvement!
