Doctor Jones is a fantastic person and a wonder worker when it comes to cats. She tolerated my hyperactive questioning and gave me real solutions with explanations and let me video her techniques to clean cat ears. She groomed some mats out of the back end of my cat and explained how to do it best, too. She recommended several product brands and helped me understand everything much better. Before I came in I was getting really discouraged about my cats health issues but after bringing Fluffy home it seems we have made real progress. I was expecting her to regurgitate from the stress of a vet visit but it simply didn't happen. If anything she's acting like she feels much better- even being affectionate more- very surprising! 5 stars, absolutely- thank you Dr. Jones and your smash team who are kind and helpful also! Also they have mats on the exam table so the cats don't slip around and Dr. Jones used the towel method to alleviate stress also- a very nice clinic to walk into- stylish and clean. So many nice touches about this whole clinic and the experience they give.

Love everything about this vet. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, kind and the vet is just phenomenal! Cat people unite!! Keep up the good work.

If you’re someone who’s more anxious about taking your cats to the vet than your cats are, this is the place to go. My cat actually showed Dr. Jones her belly not 5 mins into the appointment. Calming atmosphere for both cats and their humans in the waiting room too and the staff are super friendly. Also surprisingly affordable.

Seems like a very poorly run operation. I called to schedule a basic appointment and was told someone would call me back...never did. Then I called back to check in because um my cat's sick and this is the business you guys are in and I would think you would want business? But the phone just goes to voicemail. Seems like these other positive reviews are fake because I couldn't even get a competent person to make me an appointment. Very disappointing and weird.

Dr. Jones & her staff have been treating my cats since 2008 & they've gotten them through serious illnesses that weren't well-understood at the time. They answer all my questions with expertise and kindness. My boys are severely under-socialized, but everyone at the clinic does so well with them. When I leave town, I board my cats at the Cat Hospital, and the staff does their best to socialize the dudes while they're there. Staff plays music & sings & talks to the cats in boarding. They also give them some scritches when they can. Over the years, I've learned about how Dr. Jones and the clinic help the community. Dr. Jones is known throughout Wichita as THE expert on cats and, on the rare occasions we've needed the emergency vet, they've stabilized my cats and referred back to Dr. Jones for true treatment. Dr. Jones and her staff work closely with local rescues and do their best to improve local animal welfare. Prices at the Cat Hospital are quite reasonable which is another reason we drive all the way across town to see them. I highly recommend the Cat Hospital Of Wichita. They only treat cats and excel at that.

If you have a cat and need veterinary care, the Cat Hospital is the place to go. Dr. Jones and all her staff are absolutely wonderful. They are caring, kind, and pleasant. I am on my 3rd and 4th cat attending here. They have been helpful and understanding with the needs of my cats. Never high pressure like some Dr. and Vet clinics. They will tell you what's going on with your friend and give you the options of how to treat them. And very reasonably priced for a specialist office. I will always take my cats here as I know they will get the treatment they deserve.

Wonderful facility! Friendly staff and was greeted as well by the sweetest friendliest cat ever! The vet tech was very helpful at giving me instructions for some cat medication. Really good medical facility for cats.
