Goodness, where to even begin. 1. We had an appointment at 4 pm, and had to wait 20 minutes to just go inside. We have a brand new puppy, and of course he couldn’t wait that long. He’s very young and wasn’t fully trained then. 2. This is the filthiest "health" clinic I’ve ever seen. I had a 14 year old diabetic dog who recently passed, so I’ve seen my share of clinics, due to his diabetes and relocating a couple times. I was so disgusted with this place. It looked and felt so dirty and unkept. 3. It’s located in a terrible crime ridden area that’s difficult to get to. 4. The female "vet" had terrible bedside manners. She was such a jerk. The younger girls were nice, but this so called vet was very unpleasant. 5. This clinic is a part of scam associated with a for profit pet store. BEWARE. They do not have your pets health first in mind. It’s about money, not about the animals. Trust me, there are many wonderful vets in the area. Do not settle for this place and their poor care services.

I do not recommend this clinic at all. I brought my baby many times and they didn't give an accurate diagnosis. In the end, they performed surgery and my baby died the next morning. If you're not going to take care of pets, don't do that. For my part, I will never set foot in your clinic again.

Doctor, she is the best love how she handles my crazy little dog!! She has been his Doctor since he was a little puppy!! I will definitely recommend everyone who care fore their dog to go to Animal health center. Very friendly staff and caring 😁👍

My first time there. It is close to where I live. I thought everyone was very helpful & understanding. I thought they treated my small dog with care & respect, they made sure he was comfortable. I would definitley take my pet there again. Thank you everyone!

If I could I wouldn't even give a 1 star.. my sister brought her baby here and he is now doing worse then earlier.. gave a medication and didn't tell us how much to give him or how long between doses and no education on the medication. I literally will not go back to this place. We hope our beloved baby doesn't pass due to the idiocy of the vet giving him wrong dose and a diabetic med to a 7 pound kitty who doesn't have diabetes.. he is acting like he has over dosed💔 literally praying he makes it through the night!

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. We are very happy to find them. They also accept our pet insurance which was hard to find anywhere in Wichita that did. They know our pup by name and always seem genuinely happy to see her. The front desk gal is the sweetest. I have to talk(get) to her every month to have my pups anxiety pills refilled. Also, just had a tumor removed from my girls ear and they were very upfront about prices and procedure's before the surgery. There were no surprises at the end.

I actually liked bringing my dog here at the beginning of. The dr and staff in the back were nice at all the visits till the last one. The front desk girl…totally different story! She was constantly rude. I complained about her and nothing happened. So I told them I’ll go to another Vet and they didn’t care at all. That’s when more rudeness came out.
