We cannot recommend Dr Lin enough. Our elderly cat had experienced a lot of anxiety during previous vet visits, which always made it a stressful experience for both him and us. Switching to an at home vet made a big difference for his comfort. Dr Lin was incredibly communicative and responsive as we managed his later life health needs. When he eventually passed, she went above and beyond to help us process everything. Even though we ended up at the emergency vet in his final moments, she took the time to talk through what happened afterward, helping us find peace of mind. Her knowledge, respect, and genuine compassion provided so much support during a difficult time. As people who value information we appreciated the amount of detail she was willing to provide while not pushing intervention and respecting our wishes as pet owners. I would recommend Dr Lin to anyone who is looking for an at home vet.

I didn’t find Dr. Jinny until our cat was already in decline and I was sick of taking him on stressful car rides to the vet every couple weeks. It was the best decision we made for him, and I wish she had been able to care for him his whole life. Dr. Jinny is kind, personable, honest, incredibly responsive, and obviously loves her patients. Most importantly, MSAC isn’t owned by a private equity company looking to separate you from every dime you have for things your baby doesn’t need. Dr. Jinny really cares and you can trust her to tell you exactly how it is. She helped us say goodbye to our cat and for what was one of the worst days of our lives, she made the experience as peaceful and smooth as possible. Thank you so much Dr. Jinny.

Dr Lin is an amazing vet and such a kind person. She is very quick to respond and brings a wealth of knowledge right to your door. When we had to say goodbye to our sweet pups, Dr. Lin was there to make those journeys as peaceful and supportive as possible. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Dr Jinny and wish that we knew that a local mobile vet existed sooner. It is much more convenient and comfortable for her to visit our senior dog rather than bringing them into a vet location. Dr Jinny is not rushed, she takes the time to get to know us and our pet. I also have the sense that she is trustworthy and won’t try to push unnecessary tests and procedures on us— she takes the time to talk through all of the options and make a plan that works for us. I will never go back to using a vet office where you have to go in to their location. We have had so many negative experiences with other local vet offices who didn’t thoroughly review our pet’s bloodwork and prescribed an incorrect dosage of medication for them. Also, almost every single appointment at a vet office does not start on time and is sometimes significantly delayed. You are sitting waiting there with a pet who might be anxious due to the surroundings. They also tend to try to upsell you on tests and procedures, at least that is the sense I get. All that is not an issue with Dr Jinny and we highly recommend her!

My cat has had many health problems over the years & we have moved a lot, which meant vet changes. Naturally, he has become more agitated going to a vet office over time, so we tried the home-vet services here. By far, this has been 1000% better than any other vet experience. Jinny is so intelligent, skillful, and resourceful. Very grateful for her care.

Jinny is a wonderful caring vet. I’m no longer in the area, but I absolutely loved having her come right to the house. I have a Chihuahua and the fact that she doesn’t get all stressed out every time she has to see the vet was absolutely wonderful. Jinny was great with Luna, and I totally understood when it was time for her to take time off for maternity leave. I wish nothing but success in the future for her and her business and I hope you give her a chance.

I am so grateful to have found Dr Jinny!!!!! Our cat absolutely hates the vet after a few emergency visits this past year. She came for a follow up visit and put him right at ease and answered all of our questions. I cannot recommend her more! And super reasonable pricing. THANK YOU
