We are so grateful to the entire team for the exceptional care they provided to our dog. What started as a confusing and frightening situation turned out to be a snake bite, and the doctor quickly recognized the signs, explained everything clearly, and helped us make informed decisions about treatment. Everyone was kind, compassionate, and professional during a very stressful time, and we felt our dog was in the best possible hands. This place was amazing. Everyone was really nice and helpful. My cat wasn't feeling well and needed dental work. They were able to get her in the next day and let me know what her issues were along with a plan to help her. They kept me informed and we were even able to talk with Dr Adam's who was handling her dental work. I would highly recommend this pet hospital. Prices were reasonable and our cat is doing great. My 7 year old cat was hiding, not eating, sneezing with copious nasal discharge. My regular vet had no openings and referred to Arrowhead. They were able to treat my kitty for a bacterial upper respiratory infection. Dr. Adams and Jenn took excellent care of my kitty. I was relieved to find an Urgent Care near me. I highly recommend Arrowhead and Dr. Adams.

Our cat is alive because of all the hard workers here. We have a very food-driven cat and have been here for multiple emergencies because of it. Every staff member has been incredibly kind and helpful. During one stay, she was there for several days, and we consistently received updates—I always knew when there was a shift change in the doctors or vet techs caring for her. Even in the midst of stressful emergencies and a lot of information being shared, I never felt unsure about what I was being charged for. Everything was clearly communicated, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.

Arrowhead animal hospital is a lifesaver for us. We started seeing their vets with our previous dog and they were so patient and caring with her tricky medical case. When she passed, they were so kind and even wrote us a card. We had to bring in our young dog for an injury on a Sunday night and they were able to treat him right away and get him on the path to healing. All of the vets and staff here are so kind and we highly recommend them!

I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about Arrowhead Animal Hospital!! Recently my service dog/sport dog/love of my life went in for her laparoscopic spay procedure. From the very beginning they listened to me and was amazing at explaining what my sweet girl will go through. Fast forward to the day of the procedure they made sure she was getting the highest care and back to her anxious mom as quick as they could. Absolutely wonderful staff and incredible team of doctors I had to switch all my other dogs primary care to Arrowhead.. steller all around and I’m so thankful for them! Thank you Arrowhead Animal Hospital!!! 💜

The service at Arrowhead was fine overall, and the vet was good. My main concern was with how the treatment plan for my dog’s diarrhea was explained to me by a staff member. My dog was prescribed three medications, and when I asked about the necessity of taking all three, I was told that using all three would get the issue resolved by the next day, while taking only two would mean about five days. That explanation did not sit right with me, especially since I’ve dealt with this issue before at another urgent care and my dog improved quickly with just one medication. I’m not saying the treatment was wrong since I am not a veterinarian, but I do think the explanation could have been much clearer. I would have appreciated a better discussion of why three medications were being recommended, whether there were other reasonable treatment options, and the reasoning behind choosing this specific approach. Edit: I used two of the three medications and it resolved the next day. I’m just one data point but I can’t stand overprescribing of medications.. *Attached below is the outcome of the visit today*
