I can’t put into words how thankful i am that Dr. Paul and Brooke were the ones by my pups side during a very difficult time. Dr. Paul was not only incredibly helpful and informative but he was also kind and understanding. You can tell he truly cares about the pets that he’s helping. Brooke made sure my boys last moments were as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She went out of her way to make sure he got the best treats and a comfy spot to rest. She was very kind and gentle with him and i just can’t thank them both enough. Everything is explained to you in great detail so you truly understand what is going on with your pet. They help you pick the best treatments for your budget but also importance. As far as emergency vet pricing goes i think they are very very reasonable. Their late hours allow you to get your pet the help it needs when it needs it. I am endlessly grateful.
Staff and doctor were nice, compassionate and friendly. Clinic was clean and smelled good. Pricing wasn't too bad and I was able to use Affirm to pay. I did not like that they took my dog into a different room to examine and again later to give her an injection. The reason they gave was that they had a sedated kitty in there. I know alot of vets, especially emergency vets will do that but I still dont like it. They also didnt text, call or email in the following days to ask how my dog was doing. Alot of vets do do that and I like it. It makes me feel like they care. Overall, I didnt feel like I was being pushed into testing, medication or anything else I might not want. They laid out the options and accepted my choices and I liked that.
We couldn't have asked for a more caring and thorough staff as we had in our time of need. Not knowing what was going on and MJ just getting worse, it hurt. Everything was explained and presented to us and left us time to decide what we were going to do. In the end we had to euthanize MJ. It was really rough, but again the whole staff went above and beyond at the late time that it was. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.
My cat was having a horrible day two episode of his chronic condition of IBS. He was so severely dehydrated it was to the point he could die. I could tell because his muscles were start to spasm. He'd been vomiting with diarrhea for two days and not taking food or water. I decided to spend the extra money to take him to the Westvets ER at 8pm on a Thursday. The vet Dr. "Ryan" and the staff were awesome! Got Jax'z my cat right back. The problem was diagnosed and action was taken. Fluids, antibiotics, anti nausea meds, etc. . As soon as I got him home he started drinking water and the next day started eating again and I am hoping he's on the road to bouncing back. I am just always very grateful for how convenient Westvets is if you live in Westerville how accommodating, professional and willing to work within my budget the staff is. I'm convinced they saved Jax'z s life and can't thank them enough.
Had to take my little dog in for an emergency. As soon as we walked in, there was no wait and they took us back to a room immediately. All the staff was extremely kind and knowledgable. They spent a lot of time with my girl to get to the bottom of her hurt leg. They gave us a few options and told us there is no wrong choice with the treatment we choose. We were sent home with meds and our girl is as happy as can be 😁
This is the second time I’ve depended on WestVet for a pet emergency, and they have never failed me! They even worked with me to find which treatments were most vital to try first in order to keep the visit within my current affordable price range. Things in the world are rough right now, so I greatly appreciate their kindness with my animals and my budget. They’re a dedicated bunch. I cannot thank them enough. ♥️
This clinic is filled with love ❤️ and great people. We came in for an emergency with our pet. Called in first and they were attentive and concerned enough to let us know how to handle our situation. When we arrived, of course as vet care, or any care, emergencies happened at one time. Not with only us, but with other families as well. This clinic did perfect. From check in, kept us informed while we waited, and was sincerely kind. Meeting from the front desk, and back to our room, these amazing people, honestly I would have fell to pieces without them. Thank you all. Its a very sensitive stage in life, that our family endured at the time of need. But our precious moments did not go unnoticed nor punished or judged. Even when your beating yourself up, thinking your the bad pup parent. They were there to help us through the process. Even staying.... past late, with no pressure to let us have the best decision possible for my baby girl. Once again to that FAMILY in the clinic. Thank you for treating us exactly like that. Plus more ❤️. You are truly amazing at what you do, blessed with a gift, a talent, and pure heart for all fur families that might need your help. I recommend 1000000%. I would choose you over again. #Duchessmomma
