I love this clinic and the staff. Super attentive and good pricing. Staff is super friendly and are gentle with your beloved pet. Dr. Guevara is great at communicating with pet parents and sending instructions on home care after initial treatment. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Ama at the front desk and Gabby the vet tech are great! Super sweet and helpful. I've been easily able to make appointments in the past and this location even gave me a drop-off option on a busy Saturday to get my baby treated for an eye and ear infection I didn't want getting worse. Even when they are visibly packed they help you, they answer the phone, they email you back swiftly, and if need be, call you often to inform you step-by-step on your pet's status and treatment plan. They also follow up frequently to see how your pet is doing after the visit/treatment. I feel so fortunate to have this clinic near me and I will continue entrusting my baby's care to this wonderful location. Keep up the great work Trail Animal Hospital!

Amazing care! The staff and vets are all super kind and knowledgeable. They listen, and always make sure your options are clear so you can make the best decision. We sadly lost one of our dogs and they were so kind to him on his last day. It was like he had been seeing them for so long! Thank you for your kindness and care! Highly recommend

Trail Animal Hospital is a good choice for basic veterinary care (vaccines, dental cleanings, basic illnesses, etc.), but I do not recommend them for any complex medical issues. The team there is very kind, however very serious mistakes were made with my dog’s care that could have cost him his life and cost us thousands of dollars in ER vet bills.

We just switched veterinarians and I’m so happy that we did. Trail Animal Hospital has very caring veterinarians and employees. They are very thorough and compassionate. My dogs have never had an examination so thorough before now. We were very impressed with the care they received. I highly recommend Trail Animal Hospital. The price is fare and the service is awesome! Oh, and they have plenty of parking right up front.

Let me start by saying I have trust issues with vets when it comes to caring for my dog who is my baby. I came to Trail Animal Hospital for the first time based on their overwhelmingly positive reviews, and from start to finish, they did not disappoint. The facility is clean and modern, the staff welcoming and friendly, and off the bat I could tell they genuinely loved my dog. The vet tech was super sweet and made sure to keep my dog feeling calm and secure. After reviewing the reason for my visit, Fluvia (vet tech) went and consulted with the vet (Dr. Pinto). Then they came in together and were very thorough in explaining everything to me and addressing my concerns. I didn’t feel rushed or like they were trying to get money out of me. I opted to do a complete blood panel on my dog which was done effortlessly. Within ~20 minutes Dr. Pinto came back with a printed report of the panel and went over everything with me. Again, taking her time to discuss anything and everything and made sure I had no additional questions or concerns. I am beyond pleased with the service we received at Animal Trail Hospital and recommend them highly! I couldn't be happier with the care Lucy received from Dr Lista! She's an older cat and had some dental issues among other things. Dr Lista called me to go over everything in detail and reassured me Lucy would be fine. It's so nice when you feel like family when you go to any Doctor, especially for our pets.
