River Valley Veterinary Center

I have been with this vet forever and through different owners. Always a great place! They have helped my animals so much over the years. From every issue you can imagine, to being there for me through losing my old companions over the years. They always showed me such compassion. They are always there when my animals need them. Fantastic vet with fantastic staff! Can't say enough great things! The new office is big and spacious! What an upgrade!

Was very happy to get our dog in the same day. River Valley has a urgent care, that I was unaware of. New to Wenatchee and needed a veterinary. The receptionist was kind and caring, the wait was not long. The Dr was very kind and knowledgeable about our situation, prescribed meds and with in a day seen results. Surprised when paying for visit,. Plus meds was half the cost of our old veterinary. Very happy we found River Valley. I highly recommend 👌 Thank you Barbara

Over my many many years of living with fur babies and numerous veterinary clinics hands down River Valley Veterinary Center is the best of the best. From the receptionist, assistant and doctor everyone is super friendly, caring and professional. They truly love your babies as much as you do. I’ve had previous vets who would try to upsell their services but not River Valley, they will actually tell you if you don’t need a questionable service. Our town is blessed to have them and now that they have a new expanded building they can take on more clients.

I cannot say enough good things about River Valley Vet Center. I have had several dogs with medical problems. Never have I had a problem getting them in to see the vet, even with emergency's, which I've had plenty. The girls at the front desk, Skye, Michelle and Katie have been more than kind, empathetic, taken my emergencies to Dr Harmeling, and never have I had a problem getting them in. Deb the office manager is always so helpful with getting my dogs meds and medical records together-always smiling and just so nice! Not to forget Stephanie, the vet tech who has been there through the tough times with me-always helped drag my lab across the floor on a blanket, as he hated going in there, yet he always perked up for her! Dr Zach takes the time to explain everything in a way that is easy to understand—no rushing, no pressure. He was very knowledgeable, attentive to my dog's medical needs, and willing to think outside the box for solutions. And lastly, Dr Harmeling is amazing. Always took my dogs in on emergencies, which I've had plenty. He listens to what you have to say, educates on what's best for your pet and makes a decision on what they actually need done. Neither are in this for the money. They truly care about the animals. Highly recommend them if you're looking for awesome care for your pet! The new clinic is state of the art!

The new River Valley Vet Center, fka Animal Hospital, is amazing! 1. There’s a great parking lot across the street from the entrance. 2. The inside is so spacious, with lots of exam rooms. 3. A big work/storage area where they take your loved one for shots, X-rays and blood draws, etc. 4. AND the ladies at the front desk (Michelle) are so nice, along with all the vets. (Dr. O’Brien, Bob loves you). You should take your pets here, they’ll love you for it.

We have greatly appreciated the great care and candidness of the staff and doctors at River Valley Veterinary Center! They have supported us in diet changes for our dog and cat and help us watch for things as they age. Their new office is also incredible in it's setup. I didn't feel worried about running into another pet with medium sized dog and cat in tow. I've never seen our pets so at ease at a vet office.

It’s comforting to know that whether my pets need routine services or more urgent attention that they are being cared for by the most compassionate and knowledgeable providers. The new building is beautiful and it has plenty of parking! Making an appointment is easy with the app but it’s always nice to speak with one of the wonderful front desk staff as well. River Valley Veterinary Center 10/10!
