We have been taking our pets here for the last few years and love them. You can easily tell that they love animals and genuinely care about them. I trust their judgement for any medical issues that arise and know our pets will be well taken care of. When you are speaking, they listen carefully to all of your concerns and provide different solutions, when available. They are also up front with pricing by typically giving quotes for all treatment plans, so you are able to make an informed decision. The office has separate waiting areas for dogs and cats, and is consistently clean. All staff I have encountered have been friendly. Would definitely recommend!

What a wonderful place with wonderful staff! Our friend was in an emergency situation with her cat. They saw her quickly and showed compassion and knowledge. They helped her through an extremely difficult time, five stars all the way!

Dr. Pelc has been so wonderful to my high anxiety dachshund. I am so grateful she gives her the extra attention. All the vets have been great with both our dogs! Staff is very professional and always get back to me when I leave a message.

Dr. Strong has been incredible over the years. She has went above and beyond for our family and I can't thank her enough. From taking care of our horses, to helping with vaccines for our barn cats. Educating us on animal care, and taking wonderful care of our dogs when we had an emergency. The staff here are always kind and willing to work with us. Very grateful for them all!

My animals see Dr.Strong and she is so wonderful. I had to put my animal down today, and she made me feel so much better and was so sweet and explained everything. She is always so kind to me and my animals and always gives me all of the information I need. She never makes me feel like I’m bothering her. I have lots of animals so I’m here more frequently sometimes and she always listens to my concerns and is just the best! She really goes above and beyond. I saw another person too I forgot her name that came in before her, I think she said she was new but she wonderful as well. The vets are very kind and understanding. I trust my animals completely here. Thank you for everything. ❤️

We are not actually patients, but after this experience will definitely be considering it. My dog Jack unexpectedly passed away at home and we had no idea what happened. The amazing staff here told us to bring him in. They did an autospy that day for us and within 24 hrs we had our answer. It was such a hard time but after his cremation they sent not only his ashes home but they were in a beautiful box with a plaque for his name to stick on it, his paw print, and a heart shaped card with some of my babies soft fur all of which made me feel so much better and went on a little shelf with his picture and fav things. Then a couple weeks later the staff surprised us with a card that everyone signed along with inked paw prints from my baby and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you Animal Hospital of Waterford Staff for making this sad time much more bearable!

I can’t say enough good things about the vets, vet techs and receptionists. Everyone is so kind and caring and I know my dog is always in good hands whenever we have to go there. Their prices are also extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!
