These angels are amazing and I'm so glad we found them for our little kitty Cinnamon! My sister and I were worried about our little guy and weren't sure about who to call, especially since we're local and have never had a cat before. Everyone is so kind, super responsive and knowledgeable to every question we had, and passionate about Cinnamon and his health. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can tell the staff here are angels who love and care about their furry patients!

We just moved to town, and when my wild man suddenly started limping, I thought, "Eh, he probably just launched himself off something he shouldn’t have." Fast forward 24 hours… he was NOT okay, and I was in full panic mode. Our regular vet is an hour away and couldn’t see him, so I started calling around. Either no availability or I was on hold so long I started questioning my life choices 😅 Then I called **Waterbury Veterinary Hospital** and wow. The vet who answered the phone was incredibly kind, calm, and compassionate. She got us in quickly, explained everything clearly, and immediately made me feel like we were in good hands. From start to finish, the communication was AMAZING. The vet tech came out multiple times to update me while I waited, walked me through what was happening, and even called me after the exam. I was a stressed mess, and they treated me with just as much care as my cat 💛 They gave thorough aftercare instructions AND followed up the next day to check on him. They truly care not just during the visit, but after too. That means everything. They officially earned all of my future business. Routine care, emergencies, all of it. Hopefully my cat retires from his extreme sports era soon… but if not, I know exactly where we’re going 🙃 Highly, highly recommend!

Had a wonderful experience! Had to do an emergency visit for my dog, Charlie. Beyond friendly and compassionate service and care for both Charlie and myself. They take walk ins through curbside service and are super affordable and they run late into the evening! Thank you so much for taking such excellent care of my Charlie!

Dr. Romaniello failed to properly file an international heath certificate for travel when my mother in law had to fly to Costa Rica with her dog from the US. Before making an appointment I spoke with Dr. Romaniello on the phone and she insisted she’s well versed in international pet travel documentation. Unfortunately this was far from the truth. She failed to file the health certificate with the USDA APHIS. My mother in law flew to Costa Rica with her dog. Where her dog was denied entry and had to be sent back to the US or be put down. She obviously chose to be flown back to the US. The next flight back wasn’t until 24 hours later. Her dog was not allowed out of his crate and was confined in a soiled crate for over 24 hours. My mother in law is a diabetic and ran out of insulin, since she wasn’t expecting bro g denied entry. When she arrived back in the US she went into diabetic shock at JFK airport. Both my mother in law and her dog were traumatized by this. While deployed overseas for the military, I had to contact this office to figure out what went wrong. Dr Romaniello kept insisting she did everything correctly. She even said she doesn’t know how to get the red aphis seal on the documentation and that the only way she can think of is through AI. That answer was completely incompetent for a professional. It also took forever to get into contact with this office since their hours are completely inconvenient. We had to go to veterinary wellness center in New Haven to get the exam and documentation correctly done. When my mother in law flew out again, she was granted entry since they did the paperwork and filing correctly. We followed up with Waterbury veterinary hospital asking for a refund. Instead of owning their mistake, their insurance provider reached out for us to file a claim. This is unfortunate because I chose this office as my previous dog was regularly seen here. My current t dog was also seen her briefly until we moved out of the area. Therefore I trusted they’d be able to deliver on what they said they’re experienced on. Id recommend avoiding this office for pet travel documentation.
