Took both of my spaniels in together and expected at least one of them to create chaos during the appointment. Surprisingly, the staff managed both dogs calmly and even separated them when one became nervous around barking. Their coats looked smooth and healthy afterward, especially around the ears where tangles usually form quickly. The appointment took a bit longer than originally estimated, but with two energetic dogs I honestly understood why. They still communicated clearly throughout the visit, which I appreciated.

Not recommend. Veterinarians communicate poorly with clients and there is no followup to see if the animal is doing well or to inquire if there are questions or concerns. Front desk staff does not communicate with vets or other staff if a call comes in from a client or if a followup email is sent by a client with a question or concerns about a patient. It seems that this is a franchised operation where doctors are harried and overwhelmed and have little or no time to do basic consultations or explanations of longterm care and treatment if your animal has a problem or emergency. Definitely not recommended if you would like to make certain that your animal received calm, assured and complete care, particularly in a situation where there is injury or illness.

I am adding to this review after I saw a wonderful vet at Small Doors. They prescribed gabapentim just like city paws but city paws never told me nor put a sticker on the bottle that it needed to be refrigerated. Small doors was shocked and so was I. Please do not go to City Paws. They have really gone down hill and don’t care and that can be deadly!! I changed my review. I’m now giving you guys one star. Since June 15, I have been trying to get the vet and your office to change his prescription to a solution formula to inject in his ear. I have called you guys. I have emailed you all. I have talked to your staff and no one is doing anything. CVS pharmacist even called the refill in and no one responded. it’s not acceptable. It is June 27. Not acceptable to take two weeks to fix something. my Jackaroe has had this medicine before it’s in his chart in your computer and the fact that it was written incorrectly and it’s taking this long and I still have not heard anything from you guys. So I don’t recommend this place. Guess I gotta find a new vet. Thanks for making my furkid suffer!! Oh and I spent $650 with them and this is what we get! Sad!!!!

Great place to visit if you are a millionaire pet owner. l wish the vets at City Paws tell people upfront the cost of their services. A simple blood test for a person runs about $50 (€42) even in the US with its fraudulent health system, but for your it is somehow 5-10 times more for your pet at wonderful City Paws. Just to get a look at the pet they charge three times what it is in other places. There should be a law against servicing, l mean swindling people without giving a heads-up first, if the check exceeds the daily workers wage. Greed is sinful

We stopped going here because the prices are significantly higher than other vets in the area. Service is okay though they really struggled a year or so ago with long wait times even for appointments made weeks or months in advance.

Dr. Knight and her team at CityPaws, as usual since we started using the clinic for our dogs’ health since 2014, goes above and beyond to take care of our girls. We couldn’t be happier, nor would we trust the health of our beloved girl to anyone else!

I came here for an international flight certificate and titer test for my dog. The process was very expensive and definitely felt overpriced. That said, Dr. Kyle Decker was amazing — he knew almost everything about the procedure and guided us through every step. His knowledge and support made a stressful process much easier.
