We unfortunately had to have our precious Cavalier King Charles, Gracie, euthanized today. Dr. Levin and Candace were in attendance and showed such exceptional care, compassion, and tenderness during Grace’s final moments. We are incredibly grateful to them for treating her with such dignity and kindness. They made an unbearable time feel safe and utterly respectful. We are so grateful to them for their professionalism and gentle approach. They are a credit to their profession and number one in our estimation. Their empathy is truly a beautiful gift! The entire staff’s went above and beyond to make us feel loved. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for ALL your support. We have two additional Cavalier King Charles Spaniels, so we will continue to visit this wonderful veterinarian in many years to come!
I took my Doberman puppy here to get his ears cropped, they came out amazing. Highly recommend! The doctor and staff were amazing, so good with pets!
They did the best job cleaning my Morkies teeth. His breath could wipe out a room. I had it done elsewhere 4 yrs ago and his breath still was bad after but this time, the difference was night and day. I will never go back to my old vet.
My pet has been coming to this animal hospital for the past 6 years we've had him, the Doctor's there are great but the staff are not knowledgeable of their job duties. Today I walked in and the lady that was behind the register didn't even say hello or acknowledge me after five minutes of standing in front of her she tells me how can I help you I told her I had an appointment and she just looked it up in the computer and didn't say anything else so I went to take a seat till I guess someone tells me to go for the service after a while they called my pet to get his shot when he was done I went to the register to pay but the girl once again did NOT acknowledge me and started talking about Japan and started talking to her co-worker how she was going to take a trip there and talking about air b&b and started talking never told me to wait one minute or anything or she was waiting for paperwork so she could cash me out after a while another person came out and helped me to pay for the service. Again the veterinarians are GREAT but the staff needs to be more organized and let customers know what's going on.
I use them all the time for my pets needs. They are all so nice an friendly. Let's face it, vet bills are tuff, but with them I find their pricing to be fair and for people that don't have a credit card or the cash up front they will do a payment plan with you (plus interest). They have done 2 surgeries on my dog in the past 2 years and they made it an easy process each time an my baby recovered fast. Photo of my baby they take care of (12 years old)
Warning, Attention! Let me make it clear that while they may appear suitable for yearly shots, they utterly fail to conduct comprehensive annual examinations. It is with great sorrow that I inform you that my otherwise healthy German Shepherd is currently battling anal cancer that has unfortunately spread to her lymph nodes. A specialist has given her a mere two weeks to live. This heart-wrenching situation could have been avoided had Warren Animal Hospital bothered to provide her with a THOROUGH EXAMINATION, which, mind you, includes a rectal examination. In case you weren't aware, my precious fur baby visits the veterinarian three times a year due to her allergies. Can you believe that when I inquired about the absence of a rectal exam in their wellness care, they had the audacity to laugh at me and say that "it's uncomfortable for them"
This animal hospital is mediocre and they do not care about your animal as they should. I took my dog here to be fixed she was a two year-old Rottweiler. I had full faith in them to have my dog best interest in heart when doing the surgery but to my surprise they decided to use cat gut Sutures which are known for frying and breaking. The sutures were dissolving before she even started to heal and I had to come home one day and my dogs incision split open. I can’t begin to describe the feelings I had when I held my dogs intestines with my bare hands inside of her. I had to take her to an emergency hospital where the vet had told me she hadn’t seen anybody use these types of sutures since she was in medical school. She was appalled that there was any places still using them as there’s so many issues with them. I had called Warren Animal Hospital and told them what happened and they did not seem to care. They just made sure to reiterate that these sutures are still able to be used legally… They did not feel accountable for anything at all. If it were not for my quick thinking my dog could’ve died on the expensive them not giving a shit And saving a couple bucks on cheaper sutures…. This place sucks please please please do not bring your pets here. They’re seem great until they’re not and unfortunately that might mean their choices causing the end of your pets life….. thankfully now I have a vet who cares about my pet the same they would their kids..
