House of Paws took my baby with no notice for an extensive recovery from emergency surgery! I took Marley in as a transfer and walk in, and they were happy to help! They were absolutely the best vet experience I have ever had or heard of. Tracy, Liz, and Robert made every single part of mine and Marley’s experience easy and enjoyable!! Constant updates, and the ability to text to check in, and every question answered! This team knew exactly what Marley needed to get better, and he had a great time with them!! I truly had no worries the entire visit because I just knew he was in good hands, and he came home happy and healthy! Never leaving House of Paws!

We’ve been bringing our dogs here for the past few years and have always had great experiences. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about treatment options and costs, which we really appreciate. Our pitbull can be a bit of a big baby and isn’t always the easiest dog to work with, but they are always patient with him and do their best to make him feel comfortable. It’s obvious that they truly care about the pets they see and want what’s best for them. One of my favorite things is how easy it is to communicate with the office. Being able to text to schedule appointments and ask questions is so convenient and makes everything much simpler. We’re grateful to have found a vet team we trust and will definitely continue bringing our dogs here.

Literally 1000% the best vet I have ever taken my animals to. These people are the most amazing and considerate wonderful people who could ever take care of your fur babies. Personally will always take any and every single one of my animals here. I trust them and appreciate everything they do. Thank you guys for being so amazing and taking care of my queen Miu shah. It truly means the entire world to me.

I had such a great experience at House of Paws . They fit my puppy in at such a short notice and provided the best attention and care. The entire staff was helpful, and so kind. First time coming to the house of paws instead of Caldwell hospital who charges $91 for the check in. Here they charged around $70 for the check in. Not only are they highly affordable but they are so good and loving to all the animals that go in for appointments. I absolutely believe this is the best pet hospital in town.

Had what I thought was an emergency on a Friday leading into a holiday weekend. The vet in town couldn't see us, and I started calling every where. I'd never heard of House of Paws but found on Google and took a chance. They make you register as a new patient online before scheduling which I was not used to, but they communicated with me via text as I registered, then they were able to get me in same day! It's a nice office currently buried behind some downtown construction, and everyone I came in contact with was so incredibly nice. Even the ones I didn't deal with, I was impressed seeing them interact with other customers. They apologized a few times for making us wait, even though we were squeezed in last minute and expected to wait far longer than we did. They were absolutely great with my little Sidney, and got her fixed up in short order with medicine and instructions, even asked me to text to keep them updated on her. So impressed. I don't live in town, but House of Paws will be my go to vet going forward.

I took my Pomeranian Chanel for the first time and they were so welcoming I appreciate how much they loved and cared for my little fluffy fur baby. My pommy was so happy with all the cuddles it was adorable to watch they were efficient and fast with diagnosing her with her ear infection and gave the best treatment options not to mention decent prices. They also got me in so fast they were able to squeeze me in the same day and anyone who is worried about their pet its just a sigh of relief. Thank you Liz for all your awesome customer care it was fun to be there. She found her forever vet!
