Jora was extremely helpful in the process of getting my new cat in. She was able to set me up with an appointment that worked around my time frame and I am looking forward to having my cat Leopold go there for all his dietary needs. The cost was very reasonable and Jora was incredibly friendly and answered all my questions in an efficient and timely manner. Thanks for all the hard work yall do, it goes without saying that it is appreciated beyond what words can express! 🙂

Caring is what Birdneck Hospital is all about. Super friendly and professional staff. Have been taking my babies here for over ten years, happy cats! Dr. Johnson is patient, gentle, and explains everything. Great parking, easy appointments, good location for me. Immaculate premises.

I am from out of town and I needed a vet last minute before my flight, and Birdneck was able to help. With four dogs we treat like family, we're picky about care, but Dr. Johnson and his team impressed me with their professionalism and kindness. His compassionate approach and fair pricing made the experience even better. I’m glad I found them and highly recommend their services.

They did great with our indoor cat. Our kitty hurt her ear and needed therapy on her wound as well as treatment for an inner ear infection. Upon arrival, there was a custom sign, welcoming us to their facility which brought tears of relief to our eyes as it was apparent that they care about your feelings and the trauma of bringing your pet to the vet. They always handled her very gently and sweetly. They had a pheromone diffuser that kept her calm while we were there. They also give you the option to wait in the cat examination room, which is always free of dog scent, if there are dogs in the waiting room. They were all very kind and responsive. Dr Johnson is very calming and does a great job of explaining things in clear simple terms. He recommended a more holistic approach rather than surgery and it worked out fine. Will return with our other pets if need be and highly recommend to our friends and co-workers.

If i could give Dr. Johnson and his team more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. I have been to many veterinarian clinics over the lifetimes of my previous pets, so when I review that this is the best clinic I have ever been to, it’s a huge compliment. Dr. Johnson and the staff are professional and have shown sincere care about my animals - especially my "problem child" dog - and myself. When I call the office, they know who I am right away and I do not feel like just another "client." They also offer boarding, which has been incredible for my dog who is on multiple medications a day. I can tell they spend lots of one-on-one time with her with how well they know her personality already. Again, 5++++++ stars. I cannot express how much I appreciate these people and this clinic.

Attention all kittie parents! Doctor Johnson is the best & his staff are incredible! My rescue cat has been going to Doctor Johnson for over 6 years. Doctor Johnson has really improved the health & well being of my baby boy & for that I am truly grateful. Charleigh the receptionist is truly incredible & excellent! My family loves Birdneck Animal Hospital! Dr. Johnson has taken care of our dog and our cat for years. So when I brought in my son's very sick pup (on her death bed basically) to try to help her, he and his staff were so helpful, understanding, and compassionate. They called to follow up on her care and became invested in her prognosis. She is a lively and healthy pup today because of Dr. Johnson and his staff. Now we have 2 dogs and a cat that will always be patients at Birdneck Animal Hospital. I recommend this practice to all of my friends and family in need of a great veterinarian.
