This was the first time I have brought my puppies here and it was a great experience! The staff was timely and polite and they did my two pets nails free of charge. When I spoke to the doctor he gave me a thorough explanation of the visit which I appreciated. And on the way out we got a goody bag! Very pleased with this visit.

Dr. Soles is the best! He is very knowledgeable, explains everything in detail and is very kind. My kitty was very sick and normally does not like strangers but Aaron was able to hold and pet him.. I was shocked! My fur babies all love them both. Thank you for the excellent care 🐾♡

Dr. SOLES is a true professional with 40 plus years of experience. He is a breath of fresh air with a desire to actually help you find out what is wrong with your pet. It was refreshing to actually get answers to my questions.

Had to have my cat put to sleep after 14 wonderful years. The staff was extremely rude. The receptionist was more concerned about the payment for a new patient because I had not brought her in the year before. I will never go back to them or recommend anyone to take their pet there.

The staff was really nice. They display signs on their door to remind folks not to "ghost" their furbabies (leave while pet is being treated). Even though social distancing was in place they made sure they took the time to tell me what was expected, needed and the possibilities.

Very slow. There don't move fast here. Snake bit victim my dog. We've been here over 3 hours. 3 people were ahead of us. 3 hours ago. There now gone, were still here, 10 more people with animals have filed in. When I ask for an up date they act like it's an inconvenience...Last time it cost me$1500. And they didn't do much!!! They charged me for snake anti venom but never gave it to my dog saying she didn't need it... So why Did I pay for it.

I usually go to Animal Medical Center and I wish I would have waited and gone there. This review is solely about about my experience with Dr.Yaary. I've been concerned with my dogs respiratory rate and he needed his annual check up so I made an appt. I also told them I'd like to discuss my concern with possible allergies. I told the doctor I had videos of his sleeping respiratory rate. I'd noticed this issue for the last almost two months so I recently started to track his sleeping respiratory rate and it was significant elevated. I said I was worried with his age and breed, maybe he was having joint pain causing the increased respiratory rate. The doctor asked a few questions then did a physical exam. Then said his exam was normal and they'd run blood work. (Normal how? His breathing rate was fine? His heart sounded good? Who knows!) When I questioned what could be causing the onset of this panting/breathing rate increase she said "it's been hot the last month, some dogs react different to temperature." This has been going on for some time and February had record cold temperatures!! Most importantly- he lives (and sleeps) inside our house where it is temperature controlled so the weather is not going to effect his sleeping respiratory rate. I just felt so unheard. She left after that comment never to return. Never addressed my concerns that it could be joint pain, no orthopedic exam, didn't ask me questions about it, didn't offer suggestions, nada. Also didn't address my concerns at all about his allergies. The only positive from this visit was the front desk staff are very friendly and they are running blood work so hopefully I get answers regardless of this encounter. It's so disheartening to go to a medical professional with concerns and stress and feel dismissed.
