Best animal hospital in the High desert. We have been very blessed to have found them ... Hands down, especially in an emergency situation, Dr Ault was there to save the lives of 2 cats suffering from dehydration; including giving us tools of what to look for, food to help insure they had enough fiber, and tips on how to give them to drink enough water and what to look for. I am on social security so funds are always an issue but they have always been reasonable, fully discussing any plans beforehand so that we could make informed decisions on what we care we could do without compromising their care in any way, insuring what was the best thing for our animal's care. The staff is just as Great. Everybody has been kind and helpful, especially during those stressful situations with our fur babies not feeling well... anybody who works in a vet hospital has to be part Angel anyway... I'd give them 10 out of 10 Stars if I could because the five just doesn't do them Justice. Between the care, the compassion, flexibility and scheduling to get us in during emergencies, I just can't say enough of how much they've done. Only reason why we're leaving this practice and I hope that we find it at that is just as wonderful as ark animal hospital and Dr. Ault have been. 💖

I had a fantastic experience with Paul and the team at Ark Animal Hospital. Bella was calm and happy during her visit thanks to his gentle approach. Dr. Paul answered all my questions and provided excellent care. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants the best for their pets!

I’ve been an Abyssinian cat breeder for over 10 years, and I know firsthand how hard it can be to find a truly good veterinarian. We moved to Victorville a year ago, and I visited five different vets before finally meeting Ark Animal Hospital This doctor understands animals on a deeper, systematic level. He knows exactly what each pet needs — he treats the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. He prescribes the right medication once, without making you "try and see" endless options. What touched me most is his genuine love for animals. He even rescues stray pets and finds them new homes. He has a big, kind heart. Although the clinic itself could be better organized, I still give Ark Animal Hospital a full 5-star rating — because compassion, knowledge, and true care mean more than anything else.

Brought my 12lb maltipoo in for bleeding concerns. Quoted $45 for exam. Ended up paying $850 with the possibility of $1275 because they wanted to do more tests. She died 2 weeks later. They focused on how much they could charge me instead of addressing the issue my poor baby had.

We love this clinic and travel all the way from Los Angeles just for Dr. Paul. It’s worth the long trip! You can get an appointment on the same day if you’re willing to wait. The prices are reasonable—it won’t cost you an arm and a leg!

Took my cookie here today to get spayed. They were wonderful folks. The ladies at the front were super nice, despite a full clinic. They answered any questions and the vet was very nice as well. Will definitely be bringing other cats to them soon! Also the most affordable spay and neuter prices I've found.

We waited for three hours. We asked for a medication that we had purchased there multiple times before. After eight minutes, a doctor finally came out and took the dog's temperature. They sold us the medication at double the price—$240—for eight minutes of service and three hours of waiting. It was dirty, expensive, and foul-smelling—it simply couldn't have been any worse.
