We had such a positive experience! My precious pup can get excited when out in public around other dogs. The staff took time to help Bailey relax; she didn’t feel a thing when the vaccination was done! Thank you so much!
The veterinarian and his assistant in the exam room were great. The manager of the mobile clinic was incredibly rude and snarky. When I asked for a way to contact her supervisor, and for an employee identification number so I could identify her when speaking to her supervisor, she refused, and told me that I was banned from bringing my pets for veterinary services at Vetco ever again "because of the complications we've had with you today". The "complications" she referred to were me inquiring why they were not able to do a price match for Revolution with an online pharmacy that a previous Vetco mobile clinic at the same location had authorized a price match for just two months earlier. I reached out to customer service to let them know about the incident via email, and did not even receive an automated response to indicate that they received my message. We have brought all our pets to Vetco clinics for many years with no issues. After this experience, we will definitely be glad to take our business elsewhere.
Changing locations made all the difference in the world. The team at the Petco located at 16525 SE Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA was absolutely fantastic to work with. A+++++
