Orchards Veterinary Clinic is by far, hands down, the BEST group of caring, loving, most knowledgeable staff Top to Top! (There is no "bottom" there!)!! Our Sophie is a very difficult customer. She needed to be sedated/put under, have radiographs of her mouth, and have NINE teeth removed all while suffering from an infection. OVC were ROCK STARS in accomplishing this task. We were very nervous, it being her first BIG procedure, but they were Pros at reassuring us that they would go the extra mile while she was under sedation/sleeping for the whole procedure(s). I know this is a long review, but it can’t be stated in a few words the respect they have for your animal/child/loved ones. Simply said, they care for yours like they would for theirs. With ultimate Love, Respect and Dignity through the entire process. I was more than annoying I’m sure calling and wanting updates. They were most gracious and kind the whole way through. *It doesn’t hurt to say they are very competitive with their pricing, and more than fair considering the level of care received! Needless to say, they will be our "Forever Vet" for our Sophie, our Missy, and all that may come after these babies of ours. It’s hard to find a clinic nowadays that truly care about the animal and their owners. Where you genuinely feel cared about and your concern, turns into theirs and it’s a team effort to help your pet. Pricing is very reasonable. I recommend Orchards to anyone who loves their pet and wants the same care in a clinic setting. My French bulldog had a UTI, they didn’t try to upsell me on anything, they were proficient and very knowledgeable. They prescribed an antibiotic and asked to see him in a week for a follow up. Great Service!! ❤️🐾

We took our 7 month old puppy in for his first physical. We want him to be comfortable going in to the vet. It was wonderful. Everybody is so nice, professional and very welcoming. And he got treats. He loved it. We got suggestions for upcoming procedures to consider. It was very helpful.

The caring staff from the vets to the office staff are one of the reasons this place has always been so packed! They have always been efficient and affordable as well. I love that they honor military here with a discount. Their parking lot and crowded waiting room are their downsides, but are probably overlooked due to their other outstanding qualities. I'm so glad we've been able to have our pets seen here for nearly a decade without an issue ever even through Covid times!

Dr Makowsi was great with our Maxie. She explained everything and gave ideas to help Keep her healthy and happy. The staff is awesome and helpful. I have been bringing my pets to Orchards Veterinary Clinic for 30+ years and recommend them to family and friends.

They are great with my anxious dog. They would have a 5 start rating if they had a human bathroom. While there is one next door at Bi-mart, I can't bring my dog in there and it is too hot to leave her in the car. The vets we've seen there for several years are always caring and thorough. They patiently answer my questions.

We couldn't be happier with the dental work provided to our sweet Achmed. Orchards Veterinary Clinic remained helpful and professional during the entire process, always keeping his needs in the forefront. The cost was half of what 3 other vets quoted.
