Animal Care Clinic

I <3 animal care clinic. You can tell they really love your pets. Which should be a given, but their care and appreciation really shines through here. I have had multiple pets be patients here. I will never go anywhere else. Dr.Ross and Dr.Cuèllar are excellent at what they do. Plus, the attentive staff they have are always so caring, patient, and kind to you and your pet family. Shane is always there to gently guide you through the process of the appointment and is sure to reassure you when your pet is in the back getting the help they need. I love them here, and they love my pet. I strongly recommend them here for your pets doctor, they will remember your pet and provide the best plan for their life. Plus, they offer walk in appointments on Saturday (first come first serve) which is a relief in emergency situations. However, they have always been able to get me an appointment when I need it. My bear loves you here.

Animal Care Clinic has consistently provided outstanding care for our 8-year-old terrier mix. Dr. Ross is thorough, takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatment options, and answers every question. She introduced a new treatment that has dramatically improved his comfort level and mobility, and Kel showed us how to administer it at home (even letting me record a quick video so I could review the process), saving us both time and money on vet visits. The entire staff is friendly, efficient, and the clinic feels welcoming and well-organized. Since starting the new treatment and focusing on diet and weight management, our dog moves with far more ease and comfort. We highly recommend Animal Care Clinic to anyone seeking comprehensive preventive care and gentle handling of nervous pets. I had an amazing experience at Animal Care Clinic! The staff was super welcoming and the Vet Tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. The Exam rooms were clean and calming for the animals, which is a huge bonus for an anxious kitty. Dr. Pittman was so kind and gentle and my cat climbed right up in her lap and was so relaxed! She genuinely loves animals! I highly recommend this vet clinic.

They've got a serious problem with answering the phone. Says they opened at 7:30a. Called at 8:30a and no answer. Called at 8:45a and they picked up and hung up. I called back to verify, yep rang a different number of times until they picked up and hung up on me. Called at 9a same thing. Called at 9:30a and the same thing happened. If they're so bad at answering the phone, or have a desire to not answer the phone at all, they should invest in an answering machine. It would be nice to at least be able to leave messages instead of being intentionally disconnected, regardless of how busy you are. You might provide good care for pets but if people can't contact you to receive care then does it matter? If their pet can't be seen and there's no communication then I think you're standards of care become completely irrelevant.

I needed to make a change and find a new veterinary clinic, and I went to Animal Care Clinic. I'm very nervous because my young large dogs don't get out much and they can seem aggressive but really aren't. I took them into Animal Care Clinic and the staff was so kind, and Dr. Ross was absolutely amazing. She was kind and made me and my dogs feel welcome, putting me at ease and letting me know they're just scared and unsure not have gone to the vet before. I'm so glad I made the change, and just wanted to share how relieved it is to find a place that fits my furry family!

The Doctors and staff were always knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They helped me take care of Mike (The Dog) for many years and even when it came time for him to join the Angels. They accommodated us through several emergencies which I appreciate more than they can know. Their skill level was far above the previous veterinarians that we had gone to. Mike was my wonderful, goofy companion for 13-1/2 years. I found him at the SW Washington Humane Society as a fuzzy little golden puppy. I wish I could have kept him forever. Dr Pittman is an exceptional vet. She has taken care of my kitty for years. I highly recommend her. It's easy to get routine appointments. There are numerous animal ERs locally for emergency appointments. I have only had to take my cat to an ER once in her lifetime.
