When we arrived, there were dried blood droppings all over the floor. I did mention it to the staff, but they didn't bother to clean it up right away which was concerning. They seemed pretty busy, but an incident like that should have been handled right away especially if my dog or other dogs were in that area. The vet was nice but I don't think she was good at how she handled my dog. My dog has been there and got his vaccines in the past with no issues, but she felt it was necessary to put a muzzle on my dog before his vaccines. I think with any dog, they wouldn't be comfortable, so of course my dog (toy poodle mix) did not seem too happy. She was able to give the injections. After that happened, I asked her to examine his chest, so before she was about to, she literally threw a towel over my dog's head and face which made my dog more uncomfortable. If someone had seen this, they wouldnt know whether to laugh or be upset. She felt my dog was aggressive after the shots, but how do you expect a dog to react? The assistant held my dog dowm pretty hard before he got his shots as well. My dog has never experienced any of this before and had no issues with the other staff.. Don't get me wrong, they were nice, but I don't know if I agree with how they treated my dog.

I’m so happy to have found VetCo. The prices are affordable and I am able to give my dogs the care they deserve even though I am on a fixed income. The assistants, the vet techs and the veterinarian are so friendly, kind, and wonderful!! I can’t say enough about the quality of this clinic.

First visit I was pleasantly surprised but the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Upon my second visit I found that I was given false information. I went in for 1 vaccine, was told it was cheaper to get a bundle which would cover it plus the next in the series. When I went back for the next in the series I was told it was not covered, the bundle was for the one vaccine plus 2 others I did not request. So I paid almost 4x what I should have with no sort of compensation or care. Won’t be back.

Came in to get our pups vaccinations updated and in order. It was a complicated process through no fault of their own and they were the ones who sorted it all out. Great experience.

Some prices are reasonable and some are just ridiculous and be sure to watch the price when it's time to check out the shelf say's one thing but the price is higher at the register

We had an appointment for 12:15pm we weren’t seen until an hour later. It seems like it’s first come first served so what’s the point of an appointment. Reba and Dr. Swift were incredibly rude. There wasn’t any organization or systems in place to make this a smooth process. If I hadn’t already paid for the full set of vaccinations i would have picked a new clinic. They gave my cat back then said it needed more vaccinations but when I came back they had given my place to someone else. After an hour wait. Horrible experience wish I could put zero stars.

The staff was very friendly and advised me 10 minutes after my appointment that there was an emergency that would cause a delay of at least 30 mins or so. The tech was very sweet with my baby Oogie and talked to him every few seconds to calm his nerves. We were in for his 1st puppy visit as well as a sick visit. They even gave him a treat to get his attention off of his shots. Although they were very thorough I was a little disappointed I didn't receive my 25$ discount for 1st time clinic visits. I wasn't informed if one of the tests they charged me for had been done or not either. It was lunch time so it's somewhat understandable but still disappointing. I will still take my pup there but only if absolutely necessary.
