The staff were exceptional from the check-in, follow-up, and check-out! The hospital staff were professional, knowledgeable, and offered great customer service. My pup and I absolutely loved Dr Jeannie Grijalva's energy and care. We both felt welcome, appreciated, and taken care of completely! She was knowledgeable and professional. My only issues were the staff shortage and very long wait time.

Yesterday was the 2nd time that I've brought in my big boy (great pyrenees mix). They were extremely patient and so nice. They took great care of my pup with no rush. Micheala was awesome!!! I will definitely be back 😊

This place is terrible, they are never open, they don’t post their hours and when you call them it automatically hangs up. Complete waste of time especially if there is any kind of a time sensitive issue with your pet. Save yourself the trouble and just go somewhere else.

I drove all the way from Pleasanton for the last 415 pm appointment of the day. My dog was having coughing fits. Sat in the room for almost 1.5 hours. Lady comes in and tells me they will have to re-schedule my appointment cause they overbooked appointments. I told her are you serious? Then she left and never came back. Finally almost 2 hours later vet came with different treatment options. Next lady who drew up antibiotics blamed everything on manager. She voiced that manager overbooks all appointments. Finally left around 615pm. What a crazy disorganized place?

Do not go to this location. Booked a follow up appointment for my dog’s follow up vaccine, and I showed up and they thought I had cancelled which I did not. They asked us to come back within three weeks, which we did and they said they could not administer the follow up shot because it wasn’t within the right time frame. Weird, because they were the ones that set the time frame and the follow up appointment. I called two others vets and they confirmed it was the right time frame. This whole visit was so frustrating considering my dog has anxiety of the vet and needs to take anxiety meds and I had to take time off work. Literally the most unorganized and unprofessional vet experience I have ever experienced.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, I took my cat in to get an exam and they made excuses as to why they couldn’t draw blood. They didn’t do enough. Now, my cat has died for reason I do not know. This vet failed us, if a groomer has the ability to groom then the vet should have the ability to draw blood. No other place took new clients and now my cat has died. Thank you for swindling money and making excuses for us to come again. I was even blamed for not dosing enough meds before the visit, but I followed their directions. Now my boy is gone.
