Banfield Pet Hospital

This is a great place. My large breed dog is treated well and loved when ever I take her here. They can fit her in next day, drop off or we can be in consultation with her. The wellness plans are worth it because our dog is worth it. Staff or the doctor call us to update when needed. They have most medications on hand or work with any farmacies in the area or online. We really love the helpfull front desk staff.

We have been taking our furry babies to Banfield for over 10 years, and during this time, we have never had a bad experience. Even though the turnover seems high, the staff and the doctors are amazing; they are always ready to help and provide the best care for our kids. Their care plan is very convenient and, in my personal opinion, affordable. Thank you for everything you do for our community and for taking such good care of Amonet, Falkor, Cersie, and Tempest!

Amazing staff!! Amazing caring vets!! I cannot recommend this place enough! I made a last minute appointment here after my cat was feeling ill. They took amazing care of him and he has gotten so much better since bringing him here!! Even after our first visit the vet called later in the evening after hours just to check up on him to see how he was feeling. That means the world!!! Highly highly recommend!!

In September I walked in for an appointment on the wrong day. Because I sedate my dog for vet appointments they did everything they could to see me same day. I was able to be seen and got TOP NOTCH care for me and my anxious Shiba Inu. 5 stars. Love the team. Couldn’t thank you enough! - was helped by Jessie, Sam, and Renelle.

The Banfield in Vacaville has been excellent. They are very nice and take really good care of our 3 cats. I am very confident in the level of care our cats are getting.

The stafff is very attentive and all seem to have a genuine love for pets .. the have been very helpful and my Bonnie girl seems to be comfortable going there!! The assurance that my puppy is getting all she needs aka vaccines heart flea and tick meds, along with through exams makes me happy!!

I called multiple times throughout the week and nobody answered the phone at all. I literally called about 7 or 8 times. At 9:00am, 10:30am 11:00am 11:15am 1:00pm 1:30pm 2:30pm 3:30pm all on different days and absolutely no one answers the phone. I have read the good reviews I came to the conclusion that the reviews have to be fake where one of the employees asked a customer to write a good review in exchange for a discount or something, that has happen to me in the past. I give it 1 star because I never got a representative on the phone to even ask questions.
