I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. They were wonderful with my dog Oliver. The entire team was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to explain his treatment and made sure he was comfortable throughout the visit. It’s clear they truly care about their patients. I’ll definitely be returning for future visits.

Nipsey, our 12 week old Blue Tricolor Chihuahua had his first set of shots yesterday. First, I must say the front door staff was very informative. They kept us informed on when the provider was going to see our pup. Other customers stated how great they are here as well. So everyone was friendly. It was amazingly clean which i am VERY pleased coming from working in the healthcare field. So that made me feel comfortable to know Nipsey is going to get the best care he needs and deserved. Next the Veterinarian Hannah Guishard, DVM was amazing with her knowledge and professionalism was amazing with the other staff in the back. Hannah Guishard, DVM Will always forever be Nipsey’s Doctor for his entire life. If i could give 10 stars it would be that. We are more than pleased with the entire facility. From the moment we arrived, the staff were compassionate, calm, and incredibly professional, which made a very stressful emergency situation so much easier. They took the time to thoroughly explain everything, treated my dog with so much care and kindness, and made sure I felt informed and reassured throughout the entire visit. I’m beyond grateful for the level of attention and expertise we received. I truly couldn’t have asked for better care for my pup and highly recommend this veterinary team. My dog would not be here without Dr. Guishard and her staff!

Needed after hours care. Our chocolate lab experienced some sort of reaction which required attention. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and were quickly seen by Dr. LeRoy and his staff. The bloodwork indicated some elevated liver enzymes. Dr. LeRoy was thorough with the explanation and answered all our questions with our pups best interest in mind. He recommended that she stay with them for a few days to address the issue. Even though they are not our normal veterinarian office, we felt completely at ease with our decision to leave her in their care. We reached out to the office at least 4 times, at all hours of the day, to check on our pup. Each time, the tech did an outstanding job providing updates. They made an extremely stressful situation much easier to handle. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I adopted my cat, Mufasa, from Union City Medical Center and I couldn’t be happier with the care he has received from Jenni & the staff. When Mufasa suddenly got sick, they told me to bring him in right away and took great care of him. While he was in their care, Jenni kept me updated on how Mufasa was doing, and they even let me come visit him while he was recovering, which meant so much to me. Mufasa is doing much better now and has continued to get his vaccines here. Every visit has been a great experience. The whole staff is always friendly, and it’s clear that everyone truly cares about Mufasa. I would like to give Jenni a special shout-out for being such an amazing help and for always checking up on Mufasa. Thank you for everything you do!

If you in a crisis and looking for a place that is trustworthy for your pet, this is the place! This is your sign. I’m so grateful that I found them on google. My experience with the front desk was the best I’ve experienced in a long time, anywhere in GA besides my job lol. The technician was very compassionate and empathetic. The doctor was the cherry on top. She not only listened to my concern but also provided valuable feedback and a treatment plan to get my puppy out of pain. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I brought my sick cat in terrified and desperate for help, spent $500 on diagnostics just to be told he had a fever and "some kind of infection," with no actual answers, no compassion, and no concern for the emotional or financial stress I was under. Then they immediately tried to push another $700 hospitalization bill with zero effort to discuss realistic options. What made this even worse was the front desk staff. Cold, rude, dismissive, and completely lacking empathy. People bring their pets in scared and heartbroken, and instead of being treated like human beings, it felt like all they cared about was squeezing every dollar possible out of the situation. I understand veterinary care is expensive. What I do NOT understand is treating worried pet owners like inconveniences because they can’t afford thousands of dollars on the spot. I left feeling defeated, judged, and with more questions than answers. I would never recommend this place to anyone who expects compassion or professionalism during an emergency.
