I had such a wonderful experience bringing my two cats, Lily and Lola, in for their visit! From the moment we arrived, the doctor and nurses were incredibly fast, sweet, and efficient, which made the whole process so smooth and stress free. You can really tell how much they care about the animals and the pet parents. After their vaccinations, I was a little worried about something and gave them a call. They were so reassuring, took the time to answer all my questions, and even offered to have me bring my kitties back in just to check on them. That level of kindness and dedication means so much. I’m beyond grateful for the amazing care they gave Lily and Lola. Highly recommend this vet hospital to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional team!

I want to thank all of the amazing staff here for their kindness, warmth, and thoroughness during every visit with my senior dog Achilles. Everyone here is sweet and empathetic both in person and over the phone, and they go above and beyond. A special thank you to Miranda for her responsiveness and Dr. Nguyen for taking the time to explain every aspect of our visits and procedure with such care and patience. I was especially grateful when she spoke with us (I even think it was after hours) to discuss a surgery we ultimately decided to move forward with. I was a little nervy because of his age but he had thorough lab work and exams to make sure everything was as as safe as possible. On top of that, the office itself is beautiful and clean, which is a direct reflection of the level of care and attention given to the animals they treat. I'm very thankful!!

I recently had my one-year-old cat, Valentino, neutered, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond to make both Valentino and me feel comfortable and cared for. When I arrived for our appointment, I was pleasantly surprised that there was no wait time at all — we were taken in right on schedule, which immediately set a positive tone for the day. The team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly gentle with Valentino, treating him as if he were their own pet. Leaving Valentino for surgery was, of course, emotional for me. Even though I knew it was a routine procedure, it’s never easy to hand your fur baby over. But the staff made all the difference — they reassured me, answered my questions patiently, and made me feel confident that Valentino was in the very best hands. Their kindness and professionalism truly put my mind at ease. After the procedure, they took the time to thoroughly explain Valentino’s post-surgery care, including what to expect, how to keep him comfortable, and what signs to watch for. I never felt rushed, and I appreciated how genuinely invested they were in his well-being. Overall, this was an amazing experience, and I left feeling grateful, relieved, and completely confident in their care. This will absolutely be my go-to vet from now on — I wouldn’t trust Valentino with anyone else. 🐾

The only vet I can trust for my babies’ needs. I ve visited this clinic multiple times now for different reasons for my two cats and from start to finish everyone has been polite, respectful and professional. The providers are both knowledgeable and really take the time to explain the treatment process and call post visit to make sure my cats were recovering well and responding to treatment. Prices are also reasonable and affordable!! They really provide exceptional care every animals need!! Thank you ladies for your compassionate care!!

We recently moved to the area and were looking for a new vet, and we’re so happy we found Tustin Village Animal Hospital. The staff is incredibly thoughtful, caring, and welcoming. We had visited one other clinic prior but that one focused too much on upselling/memberships. So we really appreciated how transparent Tustin Village was with pricing and recommendations. They took the time to explain everything clearly before moving forward with any services, which made us feel very comfortable and informed. Truly excellent customer service and compassionate care. We’ll definitely be back!

Took my cat for her first check up at this clinic and she had a great experience! They had a thoughtful custom sign to welcome us and even gave my little Phoebe a little Christmas bowtie after her check up. Friendly staff, knowledgeable doctor, great service all around!

I took my golden retriever puppy in for her first visit and had such a great experience with Dr. Nguyen and the team. The office is clean, modern, and welcoming. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful—they made both Marlie and me feel at ease right away. Dr. Nguyen was incredibly thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. Marlie felt right at home, loved all the attention, and was so relaxed she even fell asleep during the visit! Dr. Nguyen followed up with an email afterward, which really showed how much she cares. I’m so glad we found such a wonderful vet and team for Marlie’s care!
