STATVet Animal Urgent Care at Riverside

Our 6 year old lab terrier mix got scratched at the dog park. The clean room, hallway, and easy location made the situation slightly less stressful. When we walked in the doctor walked right up to greet us. You pay up front for the evaluation, which is $109. They are clear about their policy - most urgent matters are seen first. Clean, fair, and reasonable.

I came in with my first fur baby and they were so kind and thoughtful. They made sure to explain everything and give me different options for my baby’s treatment. The Vet Techs are amazing! Beth was wonderful and handled my baby with care! Dr. Hahn was also incredible! Incredibly personable and kind throughout the entire checkup. Could not recommend them more! Never had such a good experience with a vet before! Thanks for taking care of my baby!

I had to rush my Italian Greyhound, Darby, to STATVet yesterday evening after she had 2-3, back-to-back very disturbing, seizures for the first time. We were greeted promptly and taken to a room immediately. We felt very cared for by Mandy, the vet tech. She was very thorough, comforting, and competent. She was very gentle with Darby, who thankfully by this time was feeling better. We were seen by Dr Hahn and were so happy with her kind, competent nature as well. She offered options for our care, which was greatly appreciated. The Riverside location was so immaculately clean and thoughtfully laid out as well. I highly recommend STATVet for anyone considering taking their babies there in an emergency.

My dog was having regurgitation after sedation and Stat Vet in Riverside made him feel better that he was finally able to get comfortable and go to sleep. Thank you so much for helping my boxer last night and making my life a little less stressful. You and your team are amazing and made us feel so comfortable and taken care of. Thank you all. 💙

Last night my fur baby, Koda started having an allergic reaction to a vaccine that he received a few hours prior. I decided to take him to the nearest animal urgent care because he was throwing up and his face was swelling. From the moment we walked into the clinic to the moment we walked out Koda and I were met with excellent care. Dr. Paull was very thorough and very kind to Koda as well was very patient and reassuring to me about Koda’s condition and care. Rosalynd was very friendly, patient, and gentle with Koda during his examination and checked up on Koda multiple times during our hour stay to make sure his reaction was improved after medication was given. They were very up front and honest about costs and took time to explain in detail what they planned to do and how to care for Koda in the following days. I would definitely chose them again if another emergency arose with one of my fur babies and highly recommended that you consider trusting your little companions with them as well!

Wow!!! What compassion, knowledge, care, and understanding. The LORD JESUS led me to the Perfect Vet Hospital!!! The Doctor and the Nurse were so calm confident, just like Caesar the dog whisperer teaches on his shows. They definitely have the experience and Love needed to care for pets and pet parents. I can't thank them enough. No words could express the relief I feel. Thank you HOLY SPIRIT for leading me to this Vet Hospital with such Peace and confidence and knowledge to care for my Max. No question I asked was too much or too many. I give them 10 stars!!! I am so Greatful!!

Despite that vet care is outrageously expensive, we do what we can for our fur babies and the care my sweet Sushi received at STATVet was nothing short of amazing! From my first call explaining the need and concerns I had to walking through the door and being instantly met with care and figuring out what he needed nearly immediately saved his life! He had a urinary blockage and thankfully it was caught early! Thank you to all of the techs and doctors...I have never met a better staff at a vet clinic before! They even decorated a bag with his meds in it ❤️❤️❤️
