Our experience from scheduling the appointment to the service at the front desk was easy! Dr James and his vet assistant were wonderful with our Van Gogh. He loved them! They are very kind, empathetic and explain everything with patience and understanding. That is very important when hearing not such fantastic news. Van Gogh gives them 5 stars and licks 😁

I took my baby girl here yesterday for ear issues and she was treated so well. We loved the vets and the techs. They were very patient with her and thorough with their check ups and tests. The bill was way less then I had expected. We will make these guys are permanent vet now. We had to come again for an emergency appointment once again they were great. 5 stars. The techs, vet, front office. Everyone is wonderful. I got an appointment as soon as I called. I never had to wait, they took care of my girl right away. Way cheaper then a pet urgent care.

I’ve been a customer for over 12 years. I took my dog in several time because she had bloody feet and sores on her body. Over the course of 3 month I went back multiple times. They kept telling me it was allergies and to give her more apaquel and want me to start allergie shots as well that would have cost almost $200 a month on top of the apaquel. I asked for a ballet fever test, showed up and they tried charging me another $135 for an emergency visit. I trim her to another office for the test and come to find out she does have valley fever! They are only about money and they a rude if you don’t agree with them. They Need to do better

The Doctors and Technicians have cared for all 4 of our dogs since we've been in AZ. They've helped us through the sad times we've had to say goodbye to our beloved Porkchop and Bodie. Now we have a puppy and senior dog, and the staff remember our pups every time we have to visit the clinic.

For all my difficult doggy/kitty needs I always go right to Ina Road. I’ve had so many issues with my dogs ranging from simple wounds all the way to unknown urinating. Recently I had 3 personal dogs seem by IRAH and the experience was amazing. 1. Valhalla my Mexico mutt had to have a dental done due to his small trachea causing his teeth to damage more quickly. The price quoted was higher, however it was so much cheaper thanks to their careful attention. 2. Sam my German shepherd has always had chronic ear infections and after multiple ear cleanings and finally an allergy test we figured out what was the cause. He’s not been ear infection free for 3 weeks. 3. Pugsley my border collie mix was a medical mess and started peeing all over the floor without explanation. He was placed on multiple medications that helped until he went into a funky mood and had white gums. I called IRAH and after they told me to take him to the ER I explained he was just seen 2 weeks prior with an all clear from the doctor. They immediately got me in for him to be seen and sadly pugsley had a huge inoperable tumor and I made the choice to send him off to heaven. The staff was very compassionate and made the experience quick and as painless as possible.

I’ve been going to Ina Rd animal hospital for 26 years. They are THE BEST peeps in town. My pup actually looooves going there. We stop by … just to say hello. lol. The love and care they give is priceless.

They took my dog in at a minutes notice and kept him overnight to monitor his symptoms. They even sent me texts and photos overnight to keep me up to date with everything going on. They made a stressful situation better. Dr. Reed and staff are amazing!
