We have been taking our pets here for the last 5 years. Previous years I would have given them 5 stars. With change of staff the last couple years I feel like the care my pets receive has declined. We have a reactive dog and the techs are great, but the doctors don't seem to know how to work with her. Not to mention she recently had a bad UTI that required an emergency visit. At her 2 week follow up here we were told she didn't have an infection just urinary crystals. (The opposite of the EV). They just prescribed a food that did nothing for her. When I reached out and expressed concern that her symptoms had returned there was no follow up or solutions suggested. We took her to a different vet for a second opinion who said no crystals were present but she still had a bad UTI. She was given the medication she needed to begin with and is doing much better now. Unfortunately, I don't think we will be returning here.

Today was one of the hardest days our family has ever faced as we said goodbye to our beloved dog Lily. I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Kristin Brooks and the entire office staff for the compassion and care they showed us during such a heartbreaking time. This was our first experience having to put a pet down, and I was especially worried about how my children (ages 11 and 7) would handle it. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. They took the time to gently explain everything to both me and my kids, making sure we all felt as comfortable as possible. They treated our dog with so much love giving her pets, speaking to her softly, and truly honoring her in those final moments. They even let the kids give her treats, including chocolate, and offered spray cheese, which meant so much and brought a small bit of joy in such a sad moment. While this was an awful situation, we were surrounded by truly amazing people. I am so thankful that our first experience with something this difficult was with such a caring and compassionate team. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Thank you for treating our family and our sweet girl with so much kindness and dignity. We will never forget it.

The only place I go when it comes to caring for my animals. All of the staff are very kind and will do what they can to work with you. They are communicative about pricing before services are administered and even offer different third party payment plans.

If you want to kill your pet, this is the place to go. They diagnosed my cat with cancer and pushed for euthanasia. I know my cat's medical history and wasn't convinced, so I asked for a biopsy. They were so sure it was cancer that they wouldn't do it, despite also knowing his medical history (or one would think, since they pulled his record from the vet we were sent to by the humane society). So I took my cat to another vet for a second opinion. And wouldn't you know it, his condition was due to the former medical issue. My cat is improving tremendously. He would have been dead if I blindly went with what this vet suggested. I have a medical science background. Jumping to a cancer diagnosis on a new patient and after only 15 minutes is unscientific, and pushing into the line of malpractice. Thank God I now know a better vet to take my two cats to.

We're very grateful for CPCC. They're very close to us, which is great bc we used to go to Temperance animal hospital, but now we're South Enders. But their prices are fantastic- i would argue the best in town. But they took great care of my little girl Poppy with her spay - and they are just wonderful when we come in for vaccines and check-ups.

Everyone was really nice. They didn't rush us out, answered all of our questions took the time to make sure we understood the medications we were getting. We were very pleased with the vet and techs.

THE HEART IS GONE FROM THIS PLACE!!! I HAD MY CHIHUAHUA IN THERE WITH A LARGE TUMOR ON HER. IT ACTUALLY STARTED BLEEDING IN THE OFFICE. EVERYTHING TO DO WITH HER PAIN AND HEALTH IS MY FAULT AND I OWN IT!! I WAS STUCK FOR AN HOUR+ IN A ROOM WITH HER WHILE THEY WENT BACK AND FORTH WITH MONEY. I KNOW THEY NEED TO GET PAID BUT THEY WAITED ALL THIS TIME TO CONFRONT ME WHILE THEY WERE PUTTING HER TO SLEEP ANOUT A PAST BILL. SHE TALKED TO ME LIKE A CHILD!!! SHE SAID THEY DIDNT GET PAID FOR 5 MONTHS. I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION SUNBIT HAD PAID IT. I CONTACTED THEM AND FIXED IT!!! SHE SAID "ITS NOT THERE RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT ME"!! OK SO I WONT PAY MY PHONE BILL OR CREDIT CARD AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS!!!! THEY WERE WONDERFUL WITH MY OTHER TWO ANIMALS BUT THERES NO HEART THERE ANYMORE!!!!!
