I had a wonderful experience at this vet urgent care. I had to wait about a week before I could get an appointment at my regular vet office. I didn't want my dog's symptoms to get out of control. The staff was efficient and friendly, providing excellent care for my dog. Even though they were handling a very serious case ahead of me, they kept me updated on my wait time and were incredibly kind and professional throughout. I truly appreciated their compassion and dedication, and I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of urgent veterinary care.

I had to say goodbye to my dog, Charlie late at night and called UrgentVet right away since our vet was closed. The saff was very empathetic and kind and took him in right away. End of life care was explained thoroughly and I received a nose and pawprint as well as some of his hair in little glass vials. Pricing was affordable for the cremation I chose. I highly recommend them.

I was able to bring my Molly girl in right away for some concerns that we had. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and genuine, I don’t feel taken advantage of like a lot of other emergency vet experiences I’ve heard about. I would definitely recommend them to others, thank y’all for taking care of my girl and for giving me peace of mind!

Our Great Dane started having sudden convulsing seizures with no apparent signs prior to the onset of him convulsing and falling unresponsive. I called and the person on the phone was very compassionate expressed concern for my pet and was extremely helpful with answering questions, being patient, and was very clear with communication. The team who helped with Oden (Hailey, a couple other very amazing techs who I didn’t get their names, and Dr. Shotts) were extremely helpful and showed true concern for my pets comfort and wellbeing. We left with a script for our boy and confidence in what to do if we experience him having issues again after we leave. Highlights: Very clear communication (both about your pet, care, options, and pricing) , clean office and environment, very personable and professional staff, best vet office I have ever been to and we appreciate all of their care! We will definitely be taking any pet here in the future should the need arise.

We had no wait time going in. Saw the doctor very quickly. Everything was explained to us and pricing was transparent before we went further. Ended up costing us about 35%-40% less than we were anticipating. We were in and out in a little over an hour. Would definitely recommend for after hours care.

Went for a simple problem…minor cat allergy and sinus infection and thought i would try them out to get started on antibiotics a day earlier than a planned vet visit. I was completely frustrated at how they simply didn’t listen at all. First they didn’t seem to understand that the normal body habitus of the particular breed is on the leaner side, so they claimed he was too thin and might have cancer…then they hyperfocused on his nervous and anxious breathing though i kept telling them he breathes that way every time at the vet for the last 12 years…..instead of focusing on his very obvious sneezing and green nasal mucus. They started to quote me 1800 dollars for ultrasound and blood tests and possible thoracentisis and suggested he might have cancer. Claimed that trying to do an xray could kill a cat. I agreed to the ultrasound out of an abundance of caution but i knew it would be normal and a waste of money….and it was. Had to press them to give the antibiotics which was literally the only thing i came in for. I declined all else. Still paid several hundred dollars. For a place that calls itself a convenient and affordable option…it was anything but. They claim they can’t take care of pneumonia on their website but then were talking unnecessary tests like thoracentisis for such costs? Give me a break. They get two stars for the beautiful office decor and because they were decently friendly although way too pushy and not listening. My very healthy cat just had bad seasonal allergies this spring and developed a sinus infection. Antibiotics cleared it up and he has been fine ever since. And no…he doesn’t have cancer nor need a thoracentesis. Next time… try listening to the patients owner a little. Was not impressed with the care or costs quoted and will not go back. Perhaps they are good as per other reviews for end of life care or other things but if all you need is a simple sick visit for a sinus infection or minor respiratory cold…stick with your regular vet. Hard to know if this was just inexperience or not listening or upselling unnecessary testing. Especially knowing we would just go see our vet the next day. Our vet listens…and the cost is more reasonable than I experienced here…and that makes all the difference to me.
