⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Animal Aid Spay & Neuter Clinic yesterday for my kitten’s spay, and I’ll be honest—I was nervous. From the moment I arrived, Vanessa made the whole experience so much easier. She was incredibly pleasant, patient, and took the time to explain the steps of the whole process and my kitten’s post-surgery care. She even gave me her number so I could send her pictures and confirm dosing the next day—above and beyond customer care! The doctor who performed the surgery also went the extra mile, leaving a very detailed report about everything she observed during the procedure. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing my sweet Scottie girl was in such capable, compassionate hands. Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but honestly—it was worth every minute for the quality of care and compassion we received. That kind of dedication is priceless. A huge thank you to Vanessa and the doctor at Animal Aid for taking such great care of my girl. Also for the calls + texts today checking on her. Highly recommend this team to anyone looking for professionals who truly care about both pets and their people. 🩷🐾 and check out this cute onsie they sent her home in!

THEY'RE ROBBING YOU!!! I took my cat here for an upset stomach. It took 4 hours for me to get a call back just saying "we can not work with him he's too spicy" which my cat is not he's been too many vets. They said they couldn't even take his temperature. So I picked him and the in the 15 minutes I waited for someone to even assist me I heard the lady in the back saying "this Costumer seems like they have money we may need to rack up a large bill or ask for a donation it would help us". Also keep in mind they said they could work with my cat if I came to and was willing to put him UNDER ANESTHESIA!!!!! Ridiculous I took him to oak wood right after where they were able to get me out the door in 45 minutes. I'll never come back or recommend anyone here in my life.

I started taking my pets here like 10 years ago when I was young, in school, living pay check to pay check. Once I started making more I took my pets to a vets office closer to my house who was a little "nicer" (pricier). Big mistake. Animal aid cares so deeply about their mission and your animal. I recently went back for the first time in years because I am trying to cut down on the insane stray cat population in my new neighborhood (spay & neuter). Animal aid is the only place that is affordable and shows true compassion. The staff and their vet work so hard. I love this place. If you need affordable quality vet care go to animal aid. They work with you because they care about your animal.

This place is awful! I trusted them with my cat to be spayed and returned to me. They gave my cat to someone else who then released her. She has still been missing for a month now! Absolutely no help from these people! BEWARE! Use them at your own risk!

It's been a few years, but I need to get this off my chest. We brought our elderly, blind cat here to be euthanized, and the experience was traumatic. The staff member who handled us did not explain the procedure at all. He immediately grabbed our cat and injected her in the rear thigh with no warning, no compassion, and no empathy. She cried out in pain, and so did we. Only afterward did he say it was a "relaxation shot," then he left us alone for more than 25 minutes. No one checked on us. When I opened the door to the back, the staff looked disorganized and overwhelmed. The same employee eventually returned, and I had to step outside because the atmosphere in this place felt extremely uncomfortable. My husband — a Vietnam veteran who served 22 years in the Army — came out in tears. I have NEVER ever seen this man cry. He told me our cat had to be injected two more times before she finally passed, and that she was clearly distressed the entire time. Based on our experience, I would not recommend taking any live animal to this facility for any reason.

Came with my two pups to get them fixed. It was the best option that took spay/neuter vouchers. They did a great job on my make dogs. The system they have here does make it really crowded in the morning though. I had to wait awhile on a weekday just to check my dogs in. But they were nice and helpful. I also picked up some flea medicine and they were well priced.

The people were very nice, friendly, and helpful. We took 4 kittens in to be spayed/neutered and they took very good care of them. We had a voucher to help pay for everything and they were great about helping with it. Dropping them off was easy and fairly quick. The only problem we had with the whole facility/process was the pick up. Drop off was from 7:30-9:00 AM, but they told everyone the same pick up time of 4:00 PM. We live over an hour away and had stayed in town after dropping them off around 8. We got back a little early (around 3:30 pm) and was told the kittens were about ready and they were just waiting bookkeeping/paperwork. No problem as we were early. We waited in the van for half an hour then went back in. By that time there were over a dozen people waiting. We were told they were still waiting for bookkeeping/paperwork as were a lot of the people in there. It ended up being about 4:45 before they got the paperwork and was ready. They were all wonderful, patient, and kind, but the pick up process needs some work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, just be aware of the wait at pick up.
