I Recently had to put my cat down this last week and this vet office was so sweet and understanding and walked me through all the options with professionalism and compassion. They gave me a room immediately when I walked in so no one had to see me cry and they gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. There was no rush and they were so kind to me. I was an absolute mess and they were there for me in a way no one could be because I was alone doing this. When I got my cats remains back they had everything packaged very nicely, everything was wrapped nice and they gave me multiple copies of paw prints and even have me nose prints as well. They also included a bag of her hair too. They included a grief packet and they had the boxed remains in a very fancy bag as well. It was all very nice and professional. I would say this vet is a little on the pricey side for regular care but that’s the price you pay for high quality work for your pets. They helped my cat up to the very end and there was no point where I thought they were taking advantage of me. The package I paid for for the euthanasia was very cheap as well so that was very nice to have. I would highly recommend this vet office to anyone searching for one. I was able to bring my boy in last minute when he became extremely sick overnight. The entire staff was very sweet and helpful. With the right care and meds, he recovered quickly and was back to normal in less than 24hrs. Thank you again!!!

I have had the best experience at North End! The staff is always so friendly and so eager to see my pup! We have been going to Dr. Dana Morganroth for Acupuncture appointments for our dog with IVDD for almost a year already. My pup loves Dr. Dana! She is the best!!

I brought my dog to this vet after a brief experience with them last year (feral cat matter) and seeing all the positive reviews. After actually seeing this vet, I'm pretty sure a lot of these reviews are fake. The receptionists have always been solid but the behavior of the actual veterinary staff was appalling and is still causing me issues two months later. They stressed out my dog, barely looked at him, and didn't refill my prescription as I specifically requested. They also spent the entire appointment trying to upsell me on about five or six different things I didn't need, from same-day services I told them I didn't want that they tried to put on my bill anyway, to a preventative care subscription (??) and a credit card. I had high hopes but have never been so disappointed in a vet. Two stars instead of one because they didnt physically hurt my dog.

We had a not so routine check for our large breed dog, who is also geriatric at 13 years old. She had a large cyst burst externally on her back. The doctors were very prompt in seeing her. They removed some stitches that were put in place from the emergency vet clinic prior. They Were able to give us guidance about next steps they are very professional, clear, thorough, and very caring. At no time did we feel rushed or unheard. They answered all of our questions And we’re able to meet our needs while still putting the needs of our pet first And ensuring that we understood the entire process. We very highly recommend North end pet Hospital and Will continue to use their services for future pets.

I've only taken my dog in a few times since moving here recently, but every time I'm impressed with the care provided. They really do make the effort to keep both me and my dog very calm. My last visit i scheduled to follow-up about a seizure he'd had- likely due to idiopathic epilepsy. Both the vet and vet tech were very empathetic, knowledgeable, and kind. The vet gave me the information and reassurance I needed. All the staff I've interacted with, I've never doubted whether they are in the right field.

The vet we worked with was an absolute angel, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. The recommendations they made will not only help Maya, but us too. Very grateful!
