Button Veterinary Hospital

I cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. My very elderly pit bull’s health was fading fast. I carried her in (she couldn’t walk anymore 😢) I sat with her for a bit, fed her doggie treats and then she was put to sleep in my arms. I chose an individual cremation and received her cremains in a beautiful pine box with her name engraved on a gold plaque. I miss her more than words can express but they were amazing. Rest in Peace Annabelle ♥️

Button Veterinary has been helping us take care of our fur babies for over 15 years. We love all of the advice and extra care to the details from each Veterinary Doctor we see. The new building is extremely spacious and the waiting room includes cozy seating next to a fireplace. The exam rooms are especially roomy with extra seating. The team has been so graciously receptive to my children as they help me maintain my sanity whenever I can't make a kid-free trip to the vet. We plan to have all our Veterinary needs met by the team at Button Veterinary Hospital. Thank you to the entire team at Button Vet. We can decide who our favorite person on the team is, but we have a special spot in our hearts for Miss Barb and Dr. Jeremiah.

Very caring and offered urgent care when I needed it the most. Helped me through tough times with my beloved Sugar dog and Smokey the cat! Very compassionate staff. Thank You Button.

We have two dogs, ones a teenager and the other is getting up there in years and the entire team at Button makes every encounter here wonderful. Coda hates waiting in the car to see them...he prefers to be inside saying hi to all the people

I’ve been unimpressed with button when it comes to routine care. If your cat needs a monthly solensia shot, for example, button makes you schedule an appointment whereas Tacoma cat hospital you can walk-in anytime, creating a much more convenient (and cheaper!!) experience. This is similar for basic needs for my dog; for example prescriptions, (of meds she’s been taking for years) I’ve never experienced trouble getting refills as-needed as I do with button. Because of that, I go elsewhere for both of my pets. I will say they were accommodating to what brought me to them in the first place; I had no established vet here yet, and my dog was bit at the dog park. They were able to get us seen same day, and for that I’m thankful. But beyond that, for routine care, I find elsewhere to be much easier and cheaper to work with! The staff has always been nice, if not slightly pushy, but I think their processes are more difficult compared to other veterinarians.

We recently brought our dog Honey in for surgery, and I can’t say enough good things about the entire team. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were kind, calm, and incredibly helpful. They made a stressful situation feel much more manageable and were always patient with our questions and concerns. Dr. Jeremiah was absolutely wonderful. She was thorough, reassuring, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which meant a lot to us. It was obvious how much care and attention went into Honey’s treatment, and we always felt she was in safe, capable hands. Thank you to everyone at the clinic for taking such great care of Honey and for being so compassionate with us as well. We’re incredibly grateful ❤️

Caring, informed veterinary doctors! Even the front desk staff is kind and helpful. We've switched 3 of our pets over to this vet and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. My wife has worked in animal rescue for 25+ years so she's incredibly picky about veterinary care and after 3 different other vets she's 100% happy with this office! We've now had surgery on our dog here, and gotten serious help for 2 of our cats. One has made a dramatic turn around after years of behavioral issues thanks to the care received here. Their new facilities are beautiful too! Bonus: you can get in for urgent care even if you're not a current client (that's how we discovered this place and became clients for life!) 💗
