Wonderful, kind, and complete in their service. Dr. Ben and his PIMA assistant were superior. Everything we hoped for. And the front desk staff very helpful. It is a bright, clean, peaceful, happy office. Earie was calm and cooperative. Not her usual demeanor. Thanks!

Jennifer gives my service dog an extreme detailed exam every time regardless of the reason we are there. No rushing. Placed in exam room minutes after checking in. Didn't have time to sit in waiting room! Personnel at front desk are like comfortable friends yet very professional. Dr's techs are the same way. They talked with my service dog before myself which I thought rightly unique. I suggest anyone with a service canine to a budgee companion, of any sort, to go Animal Hospital of Parkland for quality service that comes from the heart & not from the wallet.

Booked my appointment online and got my kitty seen the next day. Dr. Mark & staff are professional, kind and very compassionate. I appreciate their thoroughness with Lulu’s exam and didn’t add on anything that was unnecessary. Waited on labs to come back & Dr. called within a few days to check in to see how she was doing and also with all the details of blood work. I definitely will be coming back, plus transferring care for all my other fur babies!! 👍🏻🥰

I've been taking my 3 year old cat to this veterinary office for a few years now and they've been lovely since day one. She is usually shy and timid but she tolerates the poking and prodding from the staff very well, as they are incredibly gentle and kind with her. It's really important to me that my cat's vet team is solid and they genuinely are. Also shoutout to the team for dealing with my anxiety about her health with kindness and patience 🙂 p.s. picture of scheming creature in question added for context edit: my cat has been getting treatment for her asthma for a few weeks now and Dr. Mark has been so good about checking in. my baby has improved so much and she has her zoomies back, which is a huge relief! from daily asthma attacks to none at all, I'm so thankful for this animal hospital. pricing for her meds are very reasonable too! I seriously recommend this vet office, they are wonderful!

Parkland Animal Hospital was TERRIFIC! I adopted a new fur baby and even prior to my appointment the gals in the front office were very supportive throughout the process. Each person we encountered was friendly & compassionate. They made us feel like we’d been going to their establishment for years. Love that I have a place that I can trust for caring for the newest member of our family.

Major dental work for my Jack Russell. They did a wonderful job, staff was awesome and the doctor was kind and compassionate. Very easy to schedule and establish care, grateful to have found them!

We brought our cat, Lovely, in for check-up. She received excellent care, including medication. When we were worried and brought her back, they promptly checked on her and assured us that she was in good health.
